“I first contacted David when my wife's aunt passed away and we needed to perform major repairs on the condo for sale. The condo needed a new hot water heater, and it was a tricky installation due to the location and size of the original water heater. David arrived on time for the appointment, assessed the situation and ordered a new hot water heater after which he installed it. All work was performed perfectly and passed inspection. He made sure that the area was kept clean and all connections were neatly done. UPDATE: 5/10/22 I walked into the laundry room yesterday to find the floor covered with water! Something on the old hot water heater had begun to leak and it needed replacement. Since I had used Z Service before, I called and spoke with David. As it was after hours and all of the plumbing supply houses were already closed, I opted to wait until today to have the appliance replaced. Again, David and his helper arrived on-time with the new water heater. This was a difficult installation because Lennar had placed the water heater on a platform suspended above the dryer. “Our plumber was Juan and my family and I were very grateful after reading all of his prior GOOD reviews. He responded promptly in the morning (8am) when we called and asked for a quote for our toilet that leaked from the night before. Then we also added that we had another toilet that had a leak as well but we had prolonged fixing it due to the pandemic and prior lockdown requirements. He said he'd arrive in the afternoon and we voiced our concerns about him having PPE and he reassured us that he would have them. He arrived in the afternoon (3:45pm) and actually notified us when he was on the way (as we had asked so that we'd know when to expect him). Juan was nice and good-natured when he arrived and introduced himself. He also wore his mask and SHOE COVERS! We were happy so our upstairs carpets would not get dirty throughout the repairs. He got right to work one the first toilet and then the second. He was quiet, polite, and efficient. Juan finished in about 1 HOUR and some change (record time in my opinion ). We were able to ask questions and he was patient and then we tested both toilets (multiple times to ensure the leaks were taken care of) and then he was DONE! We got the invoice and paid by check and then also double checked that if there were any future issues if the jobs had a warranty. He said and that if there was a problem to call him back. My family and I haven't been this satisfied with a plumber and customer service in over a decade! We're happy and appreciative that during these uncertain times there are still individuals and businesses that are willing to work with their customers. 5 STARS! We recommend Juan and Mohr Corp. “My water heater broke Friday evening. Saturday morning I called Top to Bottom and within a few hours Isiah arrived at my door. He was able to get the heater working temporarily while he searched for the correct parts. Due to the age of the heater, it was very difficult to get pets, and the timeline didn’t work for me. Isiah got me a brand new water heater and installed it the same day I made the choice. His prices are very reasonable, considering he basically provided me same day service twice, and spent over 2 days searching for parts. He is extremely professional, honest, and knowledgeable. “I was referred to the New England Plumbing from another plumbing company and I’m so glad they did! John Patrick and his associates are professional, responsive, and cost conscious. They have come back multiple times to help me fix the temperature after the water heater was repaired but it’s been too hot (we have an infant) or a little too cold. There’s been no complaints and they even reached out to see if I was happy and reminded me I have a year warranty.I am renting a place and the owner was willing to just buy a new water heater and New England Plumbing saved the owner a lot of money by fixing it instead of buying a new one. I’d imagine it’s more work on their end to offer a one year warranty on a machine that’s already 6 years old than to just tell me to a buy new one.
