“Absolutely fantastic tour! If you are looking to get on the water in Miami this is your charter. I’m a Florida native and have my own boat so I was not willing to get on the bigger “touristy” charters. This is worth every penny and our captain was very knowledgeable. We booked the group charter but they didn’t end up getting anyone else booked. They stood behind the price and still made sure my partner and I got the full experience.”

“I and my friends had a great time on the pristine waters of Manatee Bay. Water is warm and our cruise among the mangroves was so much. For most of the area, you can get out of your kayak (or off your paddleboard) and do some great snorkeling. We saw 2 manatees and a black-tip reef shark......so cool, but never felt threatened. Highly recommend their services.”

“We were on the Insignia years ago. It is half the size of the Riviera. The ship is great and the staff is fantastic. The food is upscale where the specialty restaurants are included. Jacques was superb, Red Ginger was amazing and the Polo Grill was very good, only Toscana was disappointing. terrace cafe was great serving lobster every night. It is nice the water and specialty coffees are included. No photographer constantly taking pictures. Also no cocktail staff in the theater during the shows. The rooms are very nice, larger than most other ships and the cabin attendants were unreal.”

“If I could give 10 stars, I would! I could write a book about my experience but here’s a summary - Singing up for classes is all online, quick, and convenient. I did an open water certification and had a great customer service experience even before I’d booked a class. Isabella was extremely patient in answering all my questions and made me feel comfortable about everything. My check in process and gear purchase was also super smooth thanks to Isabella. Eduardo was my diving instructor and I can’t say enough good things about him. He was so patient, knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, and fun! There were times I was nervous but he did an amazing job to help me keep going. Other than the required training, Eduardo also shared so many helpful tips and tricks from his own experience to easily navigate through the gear. He’s so passionate about diving and such a wonderful person, it was a wholesome experience! I also had the pleasure of interacting with 2 other instructors - Olga and Jeffery and they were both such sweethearts too (On my 2nd day, we even got pizza!) I will be coming here and only here for all scuba related certifications. You will get the best of the best!”

We love the camaraderie and the empowerment she has learned from Michele. The responsibility of not just riding but taking care of a horse, from grooming, to washing and even cleaning stalls. She has grown and has become more responsible. It has been an amazing experience how our daughter looks forward to every Sunday to wake up really early to go riding and spending the mornings at Serenity. It has also been a great experience for us to see her grow and develop skills that are going to help her all her life.”
