“Very nice visitor center. Friendly and helpful staff. Souveniers shop. Purchase tickets for cruises, paddling, kayaking, snorkeling, and scuba diving. Sandwiches, water, soda, and snacks are available for purchase in the shop. There is plenty of parking for compact cars and trucks/boats, etc. Both the Tour Guide Elizabeth and Boat Capt James were wonderful. Very informative and nice, which made the cruise enjoyable.”

“Love visiting Ernest F. Coe visitor center. Staff is always friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The ranger always takes the time to talk with my very curious and talkative nephew. The Gift shop has something for everyone. The lady that works the gift shop always has a welcoming smile and is very nice and helpful. Very educational, guided tours with rangers are also available at specific times.”

“I and my friends had a great time on the pristine waters of Manatee Bay. Water is warm and our cruise among the mangroves was so much. For most of the area, you can get out of your kayak (or off your paddleboard) and do some great snorkeling. We saw 2 manatees and a black-tip reef shark......so cool, but never felt threatened. Highly recommend their services.”

“Anthony & Dave were the best! I was able to see 5 sharks, green eel, puffer, yellow tail, snapper, lobsters. Barracuda & coral. They were fun & easy to get along with. I forgot to bring my lunch & Dave shared his lunch with me. Very amazing snorkeling trip. I highly suggested doing the day one again! Don't forget to give them a BIG tip at end, they worked hard & were VERY full of information & amazing sites to see ✌(◕‿-)✌”

“We stayed in December 2022, and didn’t realize until 2 months later that we left our best coats in the room…we thought they were lost forever. But the incredibly friendly staff actually saved them, tagged them and we were able to come and get them yesterday! The hotel itself is great, but the people go above and beyond to make you feel welcome….we will come back again just to be around them.”

“Mike was our tour guide and he was awesome! He is so knowledgeable about the plants and animals that live there and pointed out things that we never would have noticed on our own. He took his time with us and made sure we got to see as much wildlife as possible. Definitely a fantastic way to explore the Everglades and worth every penny.”

The hostess was friendly and also patient with the children plus found our party of 8 the best table, best location in the restaurant. The team work between the staff is like no other restaurant I have been to. The food was delicious, meat cooked exactly how we like it. The buffet area was incredibly clean and organized. Our over all experience was GREAT!”

“This was my daughters first time at summer camp and it won't be the last!!!!! Amazing. Natasha and the entire staff were so warm and welcoming and knowledgable. My daughter was so excited to go to camp every day. The day's were filled with educational activities, arts and crafts horse back riding and much more. It was an amazing experience in a great safe, clean environment. I recommend Goodman performance horses 100%.”
