“Very nice visitor center. Friendly and helpful staff. Souveniers shop. Purchase tickets for cruises, paddling, kayaking, snorkeling, and scuba diving. Sandwiches, water, soda, and snacks are available for purchase in the shop. There is plenty of parking for compact cars and trucks/boats, etc. Both the Tour Guide Elizabeth and Boat Capt James were wonderful. Very informative and nice, which made the cruise enjoyable.”

“Great for exercise and walking your pets. But there is the occasional bum. Not a big deal they mostly want to be alone and at peace because that's the type of park it is. It's not the kind of place you host a party more for just some fresh air, peace, and quiet.”

“This is a clean park with a lot of permanent residents. We have a 43 ft. 5th wheel and they were able to accommodate us. The streets are kind of tight, but it worked for us. The office staff were incredibly helpful and polite. They went out of their way to help us and we appreciated it. One of the residents even came out to help us park. This place is very convenient to shopping and things to do. We didn't get to use the pool, but it is very nice.”

“I like South Dade Park, it has a very quiet neighborhood. The area is very clean, excellent vegetation, and it has space for games of all ages. People go to train sports (tennis, basketball, soccer), many do cardio etc.”

“Love visiting Ernest F. Coe visitor center. Staff is always friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The ranger always takes the time to talk with my very curious and talkative nephew. The Gift shop has something for everyone. The lady that works the gift shop always has a welcoming smile and is very nice and helpful. Very educational, guided tours with rangers are also available at specific times.”

“I and my friends had a great time on the pristine waters of Manatee Bay. Water is warm and our cruise among the mangroves was so much. For most of the area, you can get out of your kayak (or off your paddleboard) and do some great snorkeling. We saw 2 manatees and a black-tip reef shark......so cool, but never felt threatened. Highly recommend their services.”

“Wow what a great experience. As an animal lover, this was just ab the best part of our 5 day trip here. I loved the great info from both shows and got to hold a baby alligator too! Over 250 alligators to see of all sizes. If you cant decide whether to add the boat ride, think no more, add it. Very fun, safe and once in a lifetime experience. All so affordable.”

“Nice place to enjoy your bicycle and see some manatees, snakes and alligators. There is always people fishing in the canals close to the sea. You can make a stop, seat and relax for a few minutes and keep your path.”

“Excellent camping spot. Went late March. Very little mosquitoes; sites have partial shade. Stayed at spot #61 K. Facilities are clean and accessible-plentiful. Hot showers in two bathrooms. Lots of hiking and biking trails. Staff at check in and front was super helpful. Would stay here again! My kid loved all the birds( cardinals) and wildlife ( including tiny wild rat) coming by our campfire.”

“IG: @pachamama_ We went a little after 4 o’clock (closes at 5) and honestly didn’t expect to be able to walk the land, but I still wanted to ask because it’s my favorite place in Miami. They let us in, were super polite & this was my best experience visiting. The woman working gave me an avocado to take home as we were leaving. It’s my birthday today and she didn’t even know it, and it honestly made my entire day. The same guy is always working there which makes me feel like he really knows what he’s talking about. He’s so polite, as well as the other staff members. This place is beyond kid friendly and a foodie heaven. I’ve never had a bad experience here”

“This is one of the best trails in the Everglades. 1. It's pretty close to the main entrance so you won't drive forever. 2. It's boardwalk allows you to really get in the swamp and see the sea of sawgrass. 3. It's long gravel section is a great place to see gators as they like the warmth of the path. 4. It has bathroom and snack amenities. The only downside is that it is short. You can walk all the paths and trails in about 30 minutes. More if you stop and smell the Everglades apples. I recommend going here and connecting it with a few other stops in the park like there Nike Missile Center.”
