I forgot to bring my lunch & Dave shared his lunch with me. Very amazing snorkeling trip. I highly suggested doing the day one again! “This is a review for the Rosewood property in Altadena. My husband and I live in Glendale, CA and we were looking for a place for our 2 yr old and 2 dogs while we prepared our home to list. Kate and Kathleen were our guardian angels! (We originally found another property on VRBO that was part of the Vacation Living collection, but after seeing the dates we needed and the amount of family members, they recommended this property, which was a wonderful fit). It was such a blessing to have such a beautiful, clean, cozy and yet spacious place to come back to amidst the hectic goings-on of preparing a home for sale. The rental was conveniently located and the home itself had nice sized rooms, an incredibly spacious master bedroom & bath and a beautiful backyard for our pups and baby (not to mention some really delicious citrus trees--our toddler had a blast picking the fruit!) We enjoyed our stay so much that we made a second reservation for an additional 9 nights (27 nights total). We had to move out between reservations as there was a previous one that was booked for the weekend in between and Kate and Kathleen offered to let us store some items in the locked closet so we didn't have to move everything out (truly so kind!). I am so grateful to both of them and this property. It's hard enough being displaced, but having this rental to stay at made it feel like we were in our own home. A couple of tips that were helpful: booking through this site versus other sites helped with some of the admin fee costs. Access to the backyard was a huge need for us with the pups and baby. The master bedroom has french doors so you can let them out. There’s a small portion where the sides can be accessed from the front or the driveway, so to prevent the pups from getting out we put up our baby gate and it remedied that for us, easy enough. Would definitely stay here again and would gladly rent from Vacation Rentals.”

Derek was great with communication on what to expect and was quick to answer all my questions. Extremely professional form beginning to end. On the water we had Capt. Dennis and Alex who were also both great. Capt. Dennis is great at sailing and Alex helped us load and unload all our refreshments (and we had a lot of them).
