“Very laid back boat rentals. Cash only. Very little paperwork. Center console boats were of rental quality but worked and makes sense for such hassle free renting. Don’t be an idiot take care of the boat. But I was surprised at how average depth and easy to navigate the shallow bay and rivers was. Things are well marked, center consoles don’t draw much. I sailed a 6draft sailboat from Florida to Wisconsin so I’m paranoid about depth. Just west polorized sun glass and you can see bottom when it matters.”

Richard and his brother Julian are class act, top notch guys! I found the boat online and called on a Sunday afternoon - Richard not only answered but was there to talk to me through the evening and into Monday when we finally landed on a deal (sight unseen I might add). I was trusting his word and not only did he come through but was completely honest about a few things that I didn't even ask about. He went out of his way to make the process easy and provide confidence that this was the right boat for me and my family. Even when I picked it up, the brothers made sure I was comfortable with everything and went out of their way to get me set up for the long trip home. Unable to trailer the boat back to Fort Lauderdale that night, we were able to leave the trailer for repair. The customer service and repair was friendly and very helpful. Price was a value. “A lovely little spot to spend your vacation. A very quiet small resort with smaller rooms that are well equipped for a longer stay with full kitchenettes, dishes, and refrigerators. The beach is small but beautiful and has plenty of seating. The restaurant next door had amazing Italian cuisine as well if you don't feel like cooking. The staff is friendly and happy to accommodate your needs. I would definitely stay here again. Pro tip- if you are a light sleeper I would not recommend the divers dens because they are near the road and there is some road noise. The coves and beach houses are further into the resort and are very peaceful. If you sleep heavy the divers dens are an awesome option as they are a little roomier.”

“It has been over 5 years since I purchased my 2 sea doo’s from Riva Key Largo and I received a letter from bombardier for something About a recall resonators almost 2 years ago and finally I was able to came back and once again they greeted us like the first day and make me and my wife feel like home. Lady in charge of warranty explained what was about and they went above and beyond when it wasn’t their obligation to open 2 repair orders and the same gentleman that delivered the skis over 5 years ago he was awesome by performing full diagnose on both electrical system with the bombardier scanner and he make sure the skis where perfect and also inspected the exhaust system and resonators took pictures and documentation was save for future reference. Everything was complementary at no charge. I don’t regret recommending this place to all my friends for all this past years. Thumbs up for RIVA KEY LARGO you guys are second to non. Parts department gentleman was awesome too he was super friendly and found me some small parts I needed in no time. Thank very much. See you guys next time we are considering on getting a boat and you’ll be the first place to go.”

“We had our first ever day of bridge fishing in the Keys today and stopped in Cap’n Pete’s to rent some rods and reels. When we first stepped foot inside I worried the prices would be too high because of how clean and nice the space was. Thankfully, I was wrong to make assumptions because the prices were very fair ($15 for a full day). We were able to also get some great frozen bait and extra weights, making it a super easy one stop shop. Not only that, but the man who helped us (who I believe is the owner) was extremely helpful and friendly, all while maintaining the laid back vibes you’re looking for in the Keys. We will absolutely be back - what a simple and enjoyable experience!”

“We highly recommend Captain Lain Goodwin for fishing charters in Key Largo/the upper Keys. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable, and he's also great with kids. Lain was prepared, on time, and put our entire family on the fish. In two days of fishing we caught close to 80 fish, with at least 6 different species. A great captain for any trip.”

“Stayed here one night. Love it! It appeared to be a motel but it has a lot of details to make the stay relaxing. Rooms are extremely clean and refresh. The private beach is so clean and well-equipped seating, with kayaks, toys, pingpong table, lovely canopies. Beautiful and quiet spot for enjoying the sunset view. Also, they have a self-service high end coffee machine (using Starbucks beans) for coffee, espresso, hot chocolate at your finger any time for free! Never had that even in the large high end hotels. Check in and out was a breeze and everyone was so helpful and friendly. Will stay again!”

But I have worked with enough to believe that the individual attention and commitment to detail and safety cannot be found everywhere. The fine people at Quiescence delivered the highlight of our trip. They made our trip personalized and accommodated our needs unlike any shop I’ve ever visited. They worked with us to accommodate a change in schedule due to weather, and they made the trip highly enjoyable for our small party. “I had an emergency, i was leaving for mid Missouri in 2 days and discovered that the suspension (springs, axle, everything) was completely rusted and gone. I called and Victor and Joey worked with me over the Phone to get everything measured so they could make me a custom axle. I started the the process around noon and at 4:30 I was picking up my new parts. I installed it the next morning and everything fit perfectly.”

“My family and I were visiting Key largo during summer break and we booked this place online in advance; seems like they get full quickly. -When you arrive, check in by the gift shop and expect to sit and listen to an educational session about the dolphins anatomy and safety precautions, and Q&A. Approx 15-20min. -Our trainer, named (G) was very professional and friendly. She instructed us step by step of what to do and not to do. She was patient and friendly with us. -The place was clean and very organized. Also online they offered a picture package that you can buy in advance, you can also buy it after. Since you’ll be in water with the dolphins, you can’t take your own pictures. But they have someone that is taking pictures during your interaction with the dolphin and they will email it within 72 hours. It’s been 48 hours we haven’t received ours yet, So I’ll update this review regarding the status of those pictures. Overall my family had a blast and it was truly a great experience!! -We did the shallow water interaction. Next time we will try the swimming with the dolphins in the deeper water when my son is comfortable enough to swim. For sure will be back again. It’s memories that will live on. - FYI if you live in Florida you can check their websites for 10% discounts for Florida residence. -Press thumb up if this review are helpful.”
