“We chose Horizon Divers because of their high ratings and because they were able to offer a PADI Junior Open Water certification for our son (not all dive shops do). I can honestly say I can’t think of a way our experience could have been better! Our tutor Christina was incredibly positive and encouraging, as well as being deeply knowledgeable about diving. Our session started with a video specifically about diving with kids so we felt in safe hands from the outset. The pool day was long and tough! But nothing was rushed, which meant we felt 100% ready for the ocean dives on day 2 and 3. Again, everything on the boat was so professional, with multiple staff safety-checking everything. I think we’ll be life-long customers of Horizon after this, and will certainly return to them for more dives when we’re in the Keys next.”

“I had an incredible seven days of classes and on-the-water instructions from outstanding instructor Capt. Barnard Meyer. We were able to rapidly go from minimal knowledge of sailing to feeling very confident in our abilities. I was able to take the 101/103/104 classes in sequential order during the week. I would recommend this for anyone that wishes to charter bare-back sailing or just to be ready for having fun. After seven days of on-the-water training of man-over-board drills, tacks/jibes, you get very comfortable with what you have been taught. We were able to sail past the Key Lime Sailing Club ATON fixed beacons with confidence with narrow clearance. The trip up through the ICW (intercostal waterway) was an excellent way to measure our progress by charting our course and validating what we were taught. Please give yourself this gift, and take the sailing lessons that you will treasure. Bonus: If you stay at the Key Lime Sailing Club units, after you pass your 101 classes, you can take the sailboats out yourself for extra fun and learning, as they are included in the cost.”

“If you're looking for professional, fun, and safe dives with small groups, look no further! My husband and I travel all over the world to go diving. There are two things we look for when we are researching a new place. Small group dive charters and dive guides who are friendly, knowledgeable, and safe. Blue Water Divers fit this description, so we decided to book. We booked two dives through Blue Water Divers on two different days. It ended up being two different boats, two different guides, and two completely different groups of people. Both were fantastic! They took suggestions for some dive sites and adjusted to the groups preferences. The captains were so friendly and kept us on time despite some late departures. This has been one of the best dive charter experiences we have had! I know, there are a lot of charters on Key Largo, but if you book Blue Water Divers, you will not be disappointed!”

“We can't say enough great things about Chris, Jen, and the entire team at Sail Fish Scuba! We came a few years ago to refresh our Open Water Cert. and recently came back to complete our Advanced Open Water Cert. Chris was our instructor and was fantastic, very patient and supportive of our training. We stayed a few more days to get more diving in and had a blast with the entire team. Everyone is so friendly, fun, knowledgeable, and supportive. They also share their photos with you at no cost which is almost unheard of. Their boat, Deeper, is clean, organized, structured, and all the crew chip in to help prepare you for your dives. And Jen, she's just so incredibly friendly and kind, she would literally give the shirt off her back for you, she was always taking care of us! We can't wait to go back to dive again soon, it was such an incredible week with the team at Sail Fish!”

“This was an absolutely perfect diving experience! My 13 year old son and I dove with Rafael for 2 days (6 dives) at the end of May 2017. The diving was fabulous. We saw multiple eagle rays, nurse sharks and black tip reef sharks. Visibility on the reefs was tremendous. The diving in the Keys far exceeded my expectations. Rafael gives 100% to ensure everything is perfect. Safety is always paramount but he also went out of his way to be sure that we saw as much as possible. “I had been out of diving for almost 4 years. After taking a quick refresher course, I did 4 dives with Horizon Divers over two days. Being 65 and out of diving for 4 years, I was nervous. The folks at Horizon Divers did everything possible to make me feel welcome and took their time to help me. My dive guide, Hugh, took particular interest in helping me figure out the right amount of weight. He made my dives much less stressful and more enjoyable.
