“My family and I were visiting Key largo during summer break and we booked this place online in advance; seems like they get full quickly. -When you arrive, check in by the gift shop and expect to sit and listen to an educational session about the dolphins anatomy and safety precautions, and Q&A. Approx 15-20min. -Our trainer, named (G) was very professional and friendly. She instructed us step by step of what to do and not to do. She was patient and friendly with us. -The place was clean and very organized. Also online they offered a picture package that you can buy in advance, you can also buy it after. Since you’ll be in water with the dolphins, you can’t take your own pictures. But they have someone that is taking pictures during your interaction with the dolphin and they will email it within 72 hours. It’s been 48 hours we haven’t received ours yet, So I’ll update this review regarding the status of those pictures. Overall my family had a blast and it was truly a great experience!! -We did the shallow water interaction. Next time we will try the swimming with the dolphins in the deeper water when my son is comfortable enough to swim. For sure will be back again. “Bradley is one of the best mechanics we have ever worked with and repaired our trailer in the same day just before a busy holiday weekend! His pricing was fair and the service was fantastic. Shortly after putting the trailer in the water, one of the lights malfunctioned, unrelated to Bradley's labor, and I called him at 8am to see what he could do. He opened the shop early and had me fixed up with a new light within 10 minutes of arriving at no additional charge. I really appreciate these guys... I'd definitely use them again on boat or trailer repairs.”

“Awesome food! Awesome view! What's not to like. This is one of the place's you should put on your bucket list, you won't regret it. Recieved awards for their pulled pork and chicken wings. Can't wait to go down south again to BGG. If you are driving down, there is not sign, but when you get to MM95 at the Drift Hotel, turn in and go to the back, you will see the food truck. Sit back and enjoy the view, food and company.”

“Very nice place, I was reading reviews and most are saying there are no space for r.v’s that it’s like a can of sardines. That’s not the case there are very large properties with plenty of space. I stayed in a very large corner lot across from the park with my family in our 40ft rv with 2 vehicles and a boat on the property we were there for a month and had plenty to do. Our kids made lots of friends, there is a food truck with a good menu selection, and a beautiful spot by the marina to sit down and look at the sunset. I will definitely be coming back!!!”

“I had been out of diving for almost 4 years. After taking a quick refresher course, I did 4 dives with Horizon Divers over two days. Being 65 and out of diving for 4 years, I was nervous. The folks at Horizon Divers did everything possible to make me feel welcome and took their time to help me. My dive guide, Hugh, took particular interest in helping me figure out the right amount of weight. He made my dives much less stressful and more enjoyable. After the 1st two dives, I was again very relaxed and had a wonderful time. I couldn't ask for anything else from Horizon Divers, the boat crew and Hugh. I recommend Horizon Divers to anyone looking for a great dive shop and crew. I look forward to diving with them again.”

“This was one of the best places I've been to since trying dining in the Florida Keys. I'm visiting from out of town and choose this place based on the options on the menu. The food was absolutely delicious, the drinks were made to perfection, and the desserts are to die for. The service provided was second to none that I've been able to experience. Very attentive, always ensuring the table was taken care of. The atmosphere was amazing. My party sat outside right near the water and everything was so serene. I would recommend The Buzzard's Roost to everyone that's in the area and some! Thank you for everything! I will be coming back on a future trip to the area!”

“Wow the full fish (blackened sea bass) was so tasty! Amazing drinks, sides. It’s not cheap, for any continent but worth it when u are tired of bad meat and fish fingers. The only downside was the fly factory, that seemed like a swarm from an apocalypse movie. Eat inside.”

“The resort was wonderful! Every staff member are helpful and friendly. They have free kayaks and bbq grills! We stayed in an 800 sq ft Room with a 40 ft terrace over looking the property! It was lovely to watch the palm trees blow and enjoy coffee! There is a nice small beach we went snorkeling off and felt the wonders of nature viewing the sunsets!”

“Dr. Santayana is the very best when it comes to, well just about anything. I would trust him with my life. He actually saved me from a life time of narcotic pain medicines by straightening my neck and spine after I had an automobile accident. I had been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia prior to my accident in which I was taking 120mg (2-60mg doses)per day of oxycontin. After receiving treatment from Dr. Santayana, I was able to reduce, then finally become totally off of those pain meds. I praise him to this day. “Wasn’t sure what to expect but the kayak experience took us 45 mins out on the bayside by pontoon. Our group was dropped off at a location where we could kayak along the edge of the mangroves at our own pace for 90 mins and then we were picked up. It was a nice experience. Beautiful scenery. Some wildlife spotted. Captain KC is kind but a man of few words and that was fine for us. We had a nice time… would recommend the kayak experience if you’re in Key Largo for the day.”

The real treasure here though are the ladies in the office. Ruth, Margaret and Martha are seriously wonderful.
