“A fantastic Valentine lunch with my brother! We got lucky and were seated in the back where we had a fun view of the kitchen. A treat to watch the well oiled team on this busy day. Jessie was our server and she did a excellent job with Melanie on backup keeping our coffee hot with refills. I ordered the grilled salmon, sauteed spinach and cheddar mashed potatoes. It was all delicious. The spinach was the best I have ever had! Kudos to a perfect rainy day lunch!”

“Today I had a great experience at paddling in Amelia Island. The weather was simply perfect and the high tide allowed us to discover places that you can’t reach otherwise. We were paddling for 2 hours and our goal was to cross the state border between Florida y Georgia towards the Cumberland Island. There you can see wild horses, white sand beaches, palm trees and more. I have to highlight when we were in the water we came across with a baby shark which was saying hello to us. Finally I’ll say the adventure wouldn’t have been the same if I hadn’t decided to do it with Bobby Greene which is the owner of Amelia Island Paddle Surf Company. Bob is a skilled paddler but above all he is a great guy who always is caring of the big and small details that make your paddle adventure an unforgettable experience. Life has taught me that it is not the service that you buy but the experience that you get. Thanks Bob for being that guy caring of the experience that a client like me is looking for.”

The afternoon party yesterday with silver-like plates and party glasses and champagne buckets was a very nice treat and special occasion, at a time when we are missing our loved ones and they us. “Amazing crust first and foremost, curved up to lock in all the toppings but crispy and chewy at the same time. Giant slices with enough integrity to hold it up as you bite in. Customer service was great as well! Definitely will return to try more flavors. The salads could use a little more umf and we didn’t get much dressing, but the tomato vinaigrette was good. Also, great garlic knots! Overall awesome quality and quality, especially if it’s for a group dinner!”

“We love Amelia Island Plantation and the Omni Hotel Resort. People are very friendly and helpful. We always get a warm welcome. The walking trails are beautiful but I do wish there were more directional signs throughout the grounds. It is nice to have room options that include a hotel room or the larger villas with 2 or 3 bedrooms. The ocean view is peaceful and the sunrises are gorgeous. I felt the front gate attendants were very friendly and helpful also. The beaches are large and well kept. Overall the atmosphere is very relaxing.”

“My Dad has lived at Osprey Village for nearly 10 years, both in independent living and now assisted living. Osprey Village is exceptional. Not only is the entire place beautiful and well-maintained, the entire staff is wonderful. There are wonderful activities and events that take advantage of local culture and entertainment. Staff is attentive and aware, and since this complex is relatively small compared to other heavily populated senior communities, all residents are well-known to staff. As a family member I cannot say enough about how well I formed I am, how welcomed I am, and how much I rest assured that Dad is safe and happy. I would highly recommend Osprey Village.”
