“It’s been several years since both my father and stepfather were cared for in this facility. I was only a teenager at the time but the amount of love and care they show to their patients and the compassion that they have towards their hurting families really speaks a volume about their values and overall missions. Their nurses and doctors treated the patients with the upmost respect and always went by the patients wishes. Pastor Jackie Hayes is one I will remember in my mind forever. From answering my young siblings questions about god and religion to praying with and over the family members and patient and always having a open ear whenever the family needed anything made a large difference especially coming from a southern baptist family. I would recommend this place to anyone as the patients transition to death was smooth and handled with compassion and love.”

David is a great listener and explains everything well so that I feel comfortable with the treatments he is providing. David treated my knees with anesthetic injections to relieve pain and enable more mobility. I highly recommend David.”

With that said I feel very compelled to write this review personally thanking Stephanie, RN at Wildlight Ob/Gyn in Yulee. She has gone above and beyond for me this week. Her caring attitude and sweet nature has made my awful week just a bit better. She never acted like my feelings were unjustified or that my problems were a problem for her. She was attentive, thoughtful, and plain good at her job. As someone in the healthcare field I know all too well that it is easy to forget how we can impact our patients. She has not forgotten and I’m very grateful for that.”

“We arrived 15mins late for my son's appt and the office receptionist was very nice and accommodating. It was his first eye exam so he was a little nervous but they made him feel at ease and even making him laugh to feel more comfortable. Dr. Koss came in and went over all the tests and answered all my questions, he wasn't in a rush and explained things throughly. They have a wide selection of glasses for kids which is nice. My son plays sports so they helped us find ones that met his needs for playing.”

“By far the best vet on or off the island. They do not go to extreme measures to make money. They go to extreme measures to save your pet. If your pet can’t be saved, they are honest and do not try to make money with false hopes and procedures. They are concerned about the quality of life of your pet. My dogs are lucky to be patients of Amelia Island Animal Hospital. Every single cent I have paid them is well worth it. The vets are excellent.”

Like you're hiking in the desert or something. It's very weird and dark. I really wish they would renovate the floor and lighten the store up.”
