“First off the dentists here is my little brother so any chance to roast him is a good one; however, I will not do this here. This staff is wonderful and it started from the moment I walked in. Not knowing me, I was greeted immediately, and throughout the entire process the staff explained each step. They were patient, professional, and customer focused. I’m in the customer service business and this was a step above. I only wish I could find staff like this in Oklahoma, where I reside. Thank you to the Dentistry of Old Town staff. “It’s been nearly a year yet we often think back to Dr. Penn and what a blessing he was to our family. We left the care of another doctor (for many not so good reasons) and came to this practice. We were told his feet were goners by the other doctor, but Dr. Penn assured us he would do his best. My dad still has both his feet! Dr. Penn took the time to clean the feet through debridement (something the other doctor never did) and we had many appointments with him. My dad did end up losing two toes but WAY better than TWO feet! His staff was also SOOOO friendly and helpful — especially his sweet nurse. Thankful for his urgency, kindness, and pro-activity.”

“I really like them. However they have no direct line. They call leave voicemail and ask you to call back a number and it's the appointment line. So you leave a message then they call back leave another message... And this should NEVER EVER happen. Telling me you want me to call back to review my mammogram results... Like I don't already have anxiety... Still no word.. so I am sitting here waiting. Playing your game.... I explained I get no cell service inside my house.. I live literally in the woods... And I do not drive due to anxiety or I would drive there... So I guess I will just sit here with my anxiety ski high due to your lack of understanding and concern.”

“My husband and I recently started going to Dr. Titus and found that his office staff was courteous, Dr. Titus was thorough, kind, and took extra time with us as new patients. We never felt rushed. His charges were fair. The dental hygienist was the best I've EVER been to- and I get my teeth cleaned at least twice per year - so I have some experience to base my review on. The hygienist took time to explain how dental plaque and tartar are formed so that I could take even better care of my teeth. We have absolutely no complaints. They even took our Medicare Advantage plan for the cleanings. My plan doesn't cover fillings and my husband needed one filling and the price for that was fair---not cheap, but I am happy with fair since so many dental places gouge you. If you have been going to one of those "chain" dental places that charge exorbitant prices for "deep cleanings", gingival irrigation, antibiotic that you probably don't need, special toothbrushes, etc. give Dr. Titus a try. He is an old-fashioned dentist that seems to care about his patients.”

“My family has been going to Dr Solomon for 20yrs now & to think its flown by that fast...I hope to find another doctor as understanding, compassionate and caring for his patients. Everyone will retire some point but they broke the mole when they made him..I know one thing that needs improvement is his staff its like your a number not a person now. Ive been blessed to have these many years with a doctor I could depend on & for that im truly thankful. I wish him the best!!”
