“First off the dentists here is my little brother so any chance to roast him is a good one; however, I will not do this here. This staff is wonderful and it started from the moment I walked in. Not knowing me, I was greeted immediately, and throughout the entire process the staff explained each step. They were patient, professional, and customer focused. I’m in the customer service business and this was a step above. I only wish I could find staff like this in Oklahoma, where I reside. Thank you to the Dentistry of Old Town staff. The dentist was pretty good also.”

“My husband and I recently started going to Dr. Titus and found that his office staff was courteous, Dr. Titus was thorough, kind, and took extra time with us as new patients. We never felt rushed. His charges were fair. The dental hygienist was the best I've EVER been to- and I get my teeth cleaned at least twice per year - so I have some experience to base my review on. The hygienist took time to explain how dental plaque and tartar are formed so that I could take even better care of my teeth. We have absolutely no complaints. They even took our Medicare Advantage plan for the cleanings. My plan doesn't cover fillings and my husband needed one filling and the price for that was fair---not cheap, but I am happy with fair since so many dental places gouge you. If you have been going to one of those "chain" dental places that charge exorbitant prices for "deep cleanings", gingival irrigation, antibiotic that you probably don't need, special toothbrushes, etc. give Dr. Titus a try. He is an old-fashioned dentist that seems to care about his patients.”
