Not only was John very fair and upfront with the pricing- he arranged to order the parts in advance due to the supply chain issues so that when they arrived I could drop my truck off, get repaired and pick up the next day. They don't try to take advantage of their customers by finding dirty air filters etc etc. They have a clean lobby and bathroom. They fit me in whenever I have a need and are thorough and up front about costs. (Unlike pep boys with the 30$ shop rag fees etc that they tack on without telling you) Their prices usually are the best in town and I don't even compare shops now because these guys have won me over.
