Mike brought me back to see and walked me through everything that was wrong in a way that I understood. He asked if I wanted to fix minor issues that didn’t affect my safety. I told him no and he didn’t push it on me. I was given an written estimate and an estimate on when he would be done. He quoted me 4pm. When I picked up my car, it started without a squealing noise on the first try, and the AC worked. It was like driving a new car. This was my first visit.
