“After having a horrible experience elsewhere, I went to Tires plus to buy new tires. I called and talked to David and he was very polite and gave great customer service. I was also very pleased when the manager Alex was honest with me and told me that my alignment was good. I walked out spending less than I thought I would. Isaiah did a great job installing my tires and even put the tire shine on them. I will be defiantly going back.”

“If I had to use one word to describe their work, it'd be OUTSTANDING. Traveled left, right, up, and down Orlando to receive estimates on a side mirror replacement I needed done, many places were $500+, except for MEGATECH. Affordable fine quality work is what I received. Victoria at the desk made the entire process easy-going and painless for me, especially with a busy schedule. She's also willing to work with you on the repair type and parts needed and find what best suits you and your budget. The turn-around time was fast, quality of work was excellent, staff was informative and kind, and repair was affordable (especially for me being a student). All I can say is I'm glad I trusted MEGATECH to do the work over the other places around town. Hands-down would definitely recommend them to anyone and will be doing so if anyone ever asks me where I think they should go. Let the photos speak for themselves. “Everyone takes their Jeep here in the area. This place does have reasonable prices. A family owned business (I think). And they are always super busy. So if you need them to do a repair or lift, schedule an appointment. The staff is very nice, and helpful. But like I said, they are busy, the phone is always ringing, and there is a line of people upgrading their vehicles. They are at all the big Jeep events in Florida. I definitely like supporting this local business, instead of a major corporate owned store.”

“I brought my PT Cruiser into Mike’s shop at 2pm yesterday. Within 5 minutes, it was up on the jack. Mike brought me back to see and walked me through everything that was wrong in a way that I understood. He asked if I wanted to fix minor issues that didn’t affect my safety. I told him no and he didn’t push it on me. I was given an written estimate and an estimate on when he would be done. He quoted me 4pm. When I picked up my car, it started without a squealing noise on the first try, and the AC worked. It was like driving a new car. This was my first visit. Mike earned himself another regular customer”

“While out of town the other day I had an engine light come on in my VW Jetta, and in my panick ( with no reading glasses on) thought it was the transmission light. I Googled VW repair near me. Spoke with them on the phone and then ended up having it towed to VW Euroworks. I assumed I was in for a large repair job.... Only to be pleasantly surprised by the business owner David's call. He explained that it was the light indicator, indicating one or more headlights were out. He told me my rear breaks were almost bare and I'd need front breaks soon. But I could come get the car and have the repairs done closer to my home. Well I was so blown away by his honesty I said " just replace the 2 lights and both sets of breaks" In turn he kept in contact with me and I him. We picked up the car tonight to find David hard at work. There were pictures of his daughter & wife posted on the wall. When I said beautiful pictures, then asked if that was his family he said yes and I have a new 5 month old at home. You could see he was tired but that made him smile. This warmed my heart! It's a blessing to give to a local family business. This is an HONEST MAN! That in itself is rare in the repair business. PLEASE consider giving him your business if you're in need of service. “Ashley was very rude to me. She does not understand customer service, whatsoever! I went in to get a car was and the car was wasnt working. I called and asked for help. She couldnt hear me. The question I needed answered was, when will it be fixed? simple, explanation should have sufficed. Like, I have to get a hold of my manager and she needs to put in a work order, that usually takes about 3 days Do I nessecarily want to come back again, to have it not fixed? No, just a rough estimate in when. Next time it doesnt work, an apolpolgy for your inconvenience and a sign out there saying out of order. Than she assumed that I gave an attitude, when I had to speak louder because she assumed my finger was on the button when it wasn,t and she wasnt giving me detail to when. Then, she said she can give me a rewash voucher. Sure, I couldve come back any other day but, still inconvenient and just paid $10 for nothing. Not getting sympathy and getting come back whenever. Not answering my question what so ever. Rude and spoke over me multiple times you do not argue with guests or speak over them. Ok I spoke to management, I understand why, people go through horrible things, including me and it takes someone to do a great job, like the MOD did. Sorry for the frustration! I rated low again because the same cashier was one again rude. I had a problem with the car wash and needed her help she is a woman that scoffs at people. I really don't like going in and seeing her.”
