“Found this local shop after a trusted business referred them. What I liked the most about this shop is they will TALK to you and aren't trying to rush you into a purchase or repair. Their repair prices were lower than the dealer they gave realistic responses on whether I needed the repair. This is good if you haven't decided what you want/need to do regarding a repair. This great level of customer service comes at a cost. If they are helping another customer, you will have to wait. THIS IS FINE for me. I did find that they get busy and may not answer the phone. They run a lean shop and everyone I spoke to was technical. I assume this means everyone is involved in repairs. This is easily remedied. Stay honest guys and I WILL be back as I like the level of dedication and customer service you offer. You will make more money in the long run with honesty.”

I was advised that I would need to consider replacing my tires as they were getting quite worn. The rep didn't suggest that they be replaced immediately like some dealerships do. I was very thankful for the advise so that I can take my time and do some research as to a good price for replacing the tires. Thank you Sunstate Ford Service Department for doing a wonderful job.”

“First of all, Blake Sanchez is the guy you guys need to look for. He was very professional, very intelligent, very calm, very thoughtful, and very helpful. I had a lot of trouble getting my genesis coupe 2015 due to financial situation. However, with Blake's help, I was able to get my car after a week of fighting for it. He was helping me from the work as well as outside of the work. He always responded to me right away and kept me posted if there's any update or if he finds a thing that could improve my chance of getting the car.
