“I am a 42 years young mother of two. What I love about Orangetheory is that aside from all the positive health benefits, it gives me a space where I get to reconnect with myself and my mind. I am passionate about this physical adventure that has helped me in so many ways and given me balance and positive energy. I struggled with weight almost all my life until one day I woke up and decided not to be a victim anymore and take care of my body. Eating healthy and exercising was essential to get out of my poor habits. I never really worked on endurance as much as I work on it now.
