“Excellent park divided into sections depending on the size of your dog. Many people tend to ignore the signs and think they can sneak in occasion all big dog into the little dog park, But the park ranger does a fair job of keeping that under control. Park is cleaned on Wednesday, And poop bags are provided. Also nice because you can put your dog on leash and walk around South county park which is a nice hike for both 4 footed and 2 footed beings.”

“This is a great park especially the fields for baseball...the bleacher are covered so it helps with the Florida sun...what isn't so nice is that the girls softball field are treated like second class citizens...no cover over the bleachers, and no grilling of food like at the boys field...WHY???”

Kitchen / Living room area was open concept and great for having a big group together. Hot tub is always a plus! Place was super clean, and coordinating keys etc. was super simple. Definitely recommend to a friend!”

“Lovely little park...many shade trees and benches. There's a kid's play area and a paved walking path that circles the park. Plastic bags are provided to pick up after your dogs. There is a lake, which makes for a scenic place to relax and walk. There are no tables or bbq grills here...but can sit on the benches with a bag lunch. A really nice and well maintained park.”

“For a public beach it doesn't get that much better than this. The snorkeling is incredible fishing is great the scenery is some of the best photographic settings and then when you're done hanging at the beach you can go back and grill out. This small Park is a jewel of the South Florida coast..”

“We visit this place all the time. The parking is expensive but we buy a yearly pass. It’s clean and on a good day the water is beautiful. It’s a shot walk to Red Reef beach. Smoking is not permitted on the beach but it is not enforced. Really wish it was. They have a nice pavilion to people watch or to get out of the rain. They have volleyball sand courts too. They have chairs and umbrellas to rent but it’s pricey. Better off to bring your own.”

“I didn't really visit the park I live across the street I drive by it every day for the last 29 years. My son grew up in that Park period back then the swings were animals. The daycare center was still there pretty much looks the same.”

“Something for everyone. Huge playground with several play areas for toddlers/young kids/older kids. Spacious grounds for running around. Splash pad is more like a few animals spraying mist but it's cute and fun. Playground is a large open area with not much tree cover so wear sunscreen/hats. Carousel is fun. Costs $1 per person per ride. Cash only I believe as you buy tokens from the vending machine. Older children can ride by themselves as the horses have belts. Museum is fantastic. Two exhibit rooms with lots to see and do. Whole museum visit (for first time) was probably about 1 hour. Free admission with a donation box by the front door. Easy access to washrooms and parking (free). Picnic areas also.”

“Pool is usually clean, except for when the iguanas poop on or near the steps. The lifeguards are excellent! Especially Barbara! But seriously, I would give a 5 star if you could relocate the iguanas!”

“Unfortunately, we walked here after brunch and got stuck in the rain. However, the big pavilion saved as while we waited it out. There was lots of others doing the same, but more than enough room, it really is spacious and has lots of benches and open areas. Beach was pretty too, nice white sand for the most part and of course the beautiful blue water.”

“Amazing beach. On our 3 day trip today was the best weather day and I am glad we got to the best beach today. blue clear water. It's the best beach so far I have been on the Atlantic ocean. It is quite place and the parking gets full pretty quickly so would advise to get hear early or if you are leaving near by hotel, they usually have shuttle which could drop you off. Make sure to bring water and refreshment's. There is nothing near to buy”
