“I tried this place out based purely on Google Reviews and I wasn't disappointed. I walked in and did a 1 hour class and I feel fantastic, despite not having feeling in my legs. The owner was super personable and approachable. I'm not in my best shape, so it was nice to not feel obligated to get the work done. The coaches, and others, had no problem showing me correct form. I felt like I had a personal trainer the whole time. The heat wasn't bothersome at all with the massive fans they have. It was very clear that everyone there came to work out. The only con - I had a hard time finding it. I drove around the warehouse area twice and eventually asked someone. (Even the warehouse people were nice.) End result - they got a new member.”
