To Ava and Luna Bell Shredder helping us get the whole closing process done and out of the way, making it an enjoyable breeze, believe it or not. Which also included a thorough history lesson from Ava on not only the Larkin’s and their history in that building but she was very knowledgeable about the history of Dade City as well, which was all fun to learn about. Not to mention the building, decor and overall ambiance in Larkin & Larkin definitely was worth the experience, we couldn’t recommend them enough. Last but not least we can’t forget about Tony helping us get out of the parking lot safe and sound. Safe to say we would give them more than 5 stars if we could.”
