He is a focused trainer and has been very flexible with me and my volatile work schedule. I am pushed but I’m not being pushed to the point I can’t get out of bed the next day.. a problem I have when I’m working out alone. Our sessions are focused and he’s a great motivator. The gym itself, it’s always clean and the machines are new. The people I’ve met have been mostly friendly. It’s a very clean environment where you can workout as hard oats you like but also welcomes beginners. So far it’s been a great few months of service here.”

“HAPPY POST BABY MAMA!! What an amazing experience!! I started going postpartum . I had a cesarean and was very intimidated about getting back into exercise once I was cleared to do so. This was gentle however still challenging I got an amazing workout and left feeling so relaxed and powerful. I took 3 classes and saw results in loosing the water I was holding onto after baby that puffy look started to disappear. The environment is so welcoming and empowering. I though immediately my husband has to come with me one time. It’s not your usual Yoga you definitely feel the burn but it’s so worth it. Don’t walk RUN to book a class!?”

“So this place is looking amazing! My son has been going for a month and some change! He is autistic 5 year old! They are so helpful towards him and push him to be his best in every class! I was so worried that he just would not be able to achieve the same way as the other kids. However, I was wrong! He is going to be attending the championship with all his 5 badges! He picked up so quickly and he is really finding himself with this program! I am so happy and I do not see myself taking him out! They also temp check everyone that comes in the door! All the masters are amazing with my Jasper! I freaking love it!”
