“MY SAVIOR for navigating the health insurance jungle! I do not remember how I found Renee Brown. Six years ago and I had just become disabled. I now had to have health insurance from Medicare. I had always purchased my healthcare plans from my employer, so I had no idea about Medicare or the supplement plans I needed to complete my coverage. I know started calling a bunch of insurance companies and was seeing and trying to compare their plans on my own. This was becoming a minefield of choices and coverages. It was then I started calling brokers. I found most numbers I called were generic voices like the insurance companies I had called. When I finally called Renee's number I found a friendly voice and a great attitude right from the start. Renee was totally different. She was asking me questions no one did. She then took my answers and told me she was going to due some research and find the best policy for my needs. Renee called back in about an hour and explained the plans she found and recommended the plan that would work best for me. Hey I said would work best for me, and after her explanation I went with it. It is now six years later and I receive a phone call from Renee each year. She still asks me questions to determine if I should renew my existing plan or choose another one. “There is no word or words that can describe the assistance, the charm, the courteous dedication that the staff at Carlton arms has and continues to give me, a prospective resident. I am all the way in NY and am about to relocate to FL, which by the way my family is currently residing in Carlton. I have called not once but multiple times and Cole, my leasing liaison, has been a lifesaver and went above and beyond to help ease my anxieties and help me see what is feasible with My situation. I had countless questions on my end and he has given me his undivided attention and is always nothing but wonderful. He has been an assest for me and my my family and has provided pictures, maps, estimates, and explains the steps of the process itself and what best fits my needs as an individual. I spoke to his boss, Maria, and she too was a complete delight to speak with and I must say I cannot wait to relocate there. I am on the list as we speak to get in. No wonder there is a waiting list; this place is the cream of the crop. I sit here in NY waiting for the day I get the call that I can move in and be as happy as my family is there and meet the people who I speak to and have treated me like family. “Great experience today with Kylee. My hair looks and feels great, and she definitely understood what I was after with the cut and color. Plus the whole group that works there clearly like each other and enjoy working together. David worked his way around the shop managing to both do hair and chat with everyone, and was just a sweetheart the whole time. Definitely recommend this place both for the quality and professionalism as well as this being a super cute salon with happy people working there. (Hopefully I got their names right!)”
