“Eagle Point Park is a delightful waterfront park that beckons visitors with its scenic beauty and tranquil ambiance facing Trouble and Fillmans Creek. Fishing enthusiasts will appreciate the park's well-maintained fishing piers and convenient river access, making it a popular destination for casting a line and trying their luck at catching local fish species. Basic waterfront park with 3 piers. Only utilized for launching watercraft or fishing from my experience.”

“Very nice trails throughout the park. Went for a on the 7 mile loop trail, overall it was in good shape. There was one section that was a bit grown up, but not so much that it was a bother to cover. Definitely long portions of the trail have light to no shade, so be prepared. But overall the trails were very pretty.”

Address: 3503 Green Key Rd, New Port Richey, FL 34652, USA

Park

“Nice little park with beach/swimming areas. When I went, it was fairly shallow and water was super warm. It's August, so I expected that! Was not crowded at all. I would say for the time I was there (an hour or so), only saw about a dozen people. 2 sections of beach. Along the road you will see deeper sections of water with more current. Not sure how safe that is, but I did see someone swimming in there.”

“Very secluded, quiet and full of shade from the beautiful canopy of trees overhead. Seems like a serene place to visit during school hours; I imagine the boat ramp to the lake and swim area bring in a crowd on the weekends. Has a restroom and an outdoor area to rinse off from the lake beach area. This is a well kept and maintained park...you won't regret bringing the littles to play here; they'll love it too!”
