“This is one of the smaller trail heads into the salt springs. The trail head itself is extremely easy to access. The trail was beautiful and before I knew it I was gazing into a Florida jungle. In all it’s a small loop and an amazing get away just off of the highway.”

“4.20.24 - Burgers and Beer had great tastings of both. I was able to sing along with just about every song. The grounds again were maintained during the event. Nice job by the event organizers and county, except for the ants. For the few events I've attended, changing areas for the vendors' booths was odd. ******* Beer festival was fun. Recently parked and rode my bicycle from there. The facility is well kept with clean bathrooms. Blues and Bourbon Festival had great entertainment, excellent Bourbon tasting, and plenty of choices eat. Perhaps a little more volume for the musicians could be allowed, and also, the MC could not be heard. There was ample seating, and the crew keeping the grounds clean did a great job. As more of these events take place, the turf grass should be maintained more aggressively. It's not going to be as nice if it turns to just dirt.”

“Eagle Point Park is a delightful waterfront park that beckons visitors with its scenic beauty and tranquil ambiance facing Trouble and Fillmans Creek. Fishing enthusiasts will appreciate the park's well-maintained fishing piers and convenient river access, making it a popular destination for casting a line and trying their luck at catching local fish species. Basic waterfront park with 3 piers. Only utilized for launching watercraft or fishing from my experience.”

“Such a great little neighborhood park with everything you could think of. Pavilions for birthday parties, secure garbage cans, plenty of benches. There was a nice little wooden playground, splash pad, swimming pool, a fire pit with seats. It had nice grass and some hills the kids loved playing on. Super clean with bathrooms. There's isn't a negative. Loved it.”

“We hiked the green trail with our two little dogs. Down to the river. We all loved it! It's the time of year for yellow flies and ticks. Bring repellant. Beautiful area, will definitely be back as regulars.”

“Very nice trails throughout the park. Went for a on the 7 mile loop trail, overall it was in good shape. There was one section that was a bit grown up, but not so much that it was a bother to cover. Definitely long portions of the trail have light to no shade, so be prepared. But overall the trails were very pretty.”

“Beautiful park great place for the kids I personally think the road coming in and out needs to be redone for a five star”

“Easy to get to and an absolutely beautiful very well maintained RV park. The site we were in was very roomy. The only issue we had was that we checked in on Sunday not knowing the office was closed, and there was no information as to where to go or how to get set up. With that being said, we would definitely stay here again.”

“By far the best place to get Moringa products! I've purchased the Moringa oil, Moringa powder capsules, and even their new Moringa infused honey! Barry and Nick were super helpful and knowledgeable about the benefits of Moringa. Love that they grow the Moringa here and it's all organic. Definitely recommend them. I will be a return customer 🙂”

“What a wonderful amenity area! Long Lake Ranch won the 2015 Tampa Bay's Best Community. I see why and I ❤ selling homes in here. The community is in the epicenter of the Lutz area. When I popped by the amenity center today, there were residents and their families enjoying every amenity... tennis, basketball, playgrounds, running trail, lakes, pools, and the dog park.”

“This is a little hidden gem in Hudson! My son was purchasing his first home and fell across this park. Peter and Meghan were amazing! Welcomed us from the first day and answered all my 1000 questions- what can I say I’m a mom! The park is clean and quiet. All the residents care about each other and it shows! So hard to find an all age park that is also pet friendly! So happy with his decision to purchase within this park! Highly recommend if you’re looking for your next home! If I didn’t already own a home right down the road this would be the park for me! We are honestly considering it for my mom to move south! 💕💕”

“Nice little park with beach/swimming areas. When I went, it was fairly shallow and water was super warm. It's August, so I expected that! Was not crowded at all. I would say for the time I was there (an hour or so), only saw about a dozen people. 2 sections of beach. Along the road you will see deeper sections of water with more current. Not sure how safe that is, but I did see someone swimming in there.”

“SunWest is a terrific place to spend the day, enjoying the great outdoors in a safe and clean environment. All day parking is only $5.00 and that is a bargain. Food trucks are their on the weekends and the shaved ice and BBQ are delicious. Go and enjoy a day or a few hours you won't be sorry you did.”

“As clean as it will be but if they were able to clean up the beach and get rid of the sea grass as it builds up along the waters edge I'd say it's fantastic for a private beach for paying customers. The price would definitly cover for the cleanup and removal of the shoreline at waters edge for this process. And have that as a regular thing. Because seeing it as built up is a eye sore and could turn away people from actually swimming.”

“Wow 😯 it’s a big space with almost everything. The stage could use some refurbishing, but I love ❤️ the new playground. There is a community center not sure where the bathrooms are . A basketball 🏀 court and swings. Great place to host a party 🎉 or concert . And next door is a softball 🥎 baseball ⚾️ field perhaps. A church ⛪️ is across the way as well. Nice area it’s somewhat safe for toddlers . I would highly recommend!”

“I can't really give a fair rating because I only visit there for a few hours. It seems like a nice place where the rules are enforced and I heard the monthly lot rent is the cheapest around. The location is also good, right on SR 54 and US Hwy 301”

“Very secluded, quiet and full of shade from the beautiful canopy of trees overhead. Seems like a serene place to visit during school hours; I imagine the boat ramp to the lake and swim area bring in a crowd on the weekends. Has a restroom and an outdoor area to rinse off from the lake beach area. This is a well kept and maintained park...you won't regret bringing the littles to play here; they'll love it too!”
