Children seem to have a special sense for people and their character. My 3 yr old child is more excited to see Mrs. Yolanda than his friends in class. He even asks her for kisses as soon as he walks in the building. (I don’t even get that kind of affection lol). Although Mrs Yolanda is purely awesome, the praise doesn’t just end with one person. The whole staff has been excellent as my child has progressed through classrooms. Pricing is comparable and reasonable as well. Please do your child a favor and check out this establishment! :)”

He even gave me a tour of the shop and showed me the state of the art powder coating booth, I felt very comfortable leaving my vehicle with them. They kept me updated every step of the way. “Food is always excellent. We usually get delivery but decided to dine in. Great experience with friendly service. Beautiful presentation. Nice decor. The shrimp dumplings are amazing. We have tried almost everything on the menu and have never been disappointed. Dining outside lacks some decor and plants/privacy from the parking lot, but I imagine that will come with time. “This is a review of THIS location and the staff HERE. This is NOT for Verizon as a company .. that's a different story ... December 2021, Mike (then manage) helped my son and I with upgrading our paid off Pixel 3 & Pixel 3XL for the new Pixel 6 Pro (two of them). The then promotion was $350 off each phone towards the new phones. Great. We spent honestly about 2-3 hours combined getting it all set up and done. Mike was forthcoming and easy to work with (kudos to him). We placed the phones on order and sometime in January they arrived. Mike did say it would take 3-4 months for our credit to reflect on the bill. Well, we never got $350/phone credit .. only $99.48 credit .. so, my bill was some $30/$40+ per month than it should've been. Not cool. Today - 9.10.22 - I went in to discuss this and possible options for replacement phones (since both Pixel Pros have performed LESS than great.). Dawson is the new manager. Super cool person and very polite and helpful. Also quite patient. He made arrangements with Verizon (however they communicate with each other) to correct the credit issue and refund what credit I've been missing from jump. That is what Id call a great solution. I'm certain he's done his part .. now it's up to Verizon to honor that. But, as far as my personal experience with Dawson at this location, I'm looking forward to coming back here for my next upgrade and working with Dawson! Thank you Dawson. We'll be back in November 2022! Get Some!”

“Big thank you to Zeth at Ultimate 3D Printing Store. I contacted them concerning a few questions I had. I am converting both of my Phrozen Shuffle XLs to Mono screens. He took the time to promptly return all my emails, answer all of my questions and even called me directly after a few rounds of emails. Unfortunately, they have been discontinued and only had one kit in stock, which I was totally bummed about. However, he took some extra time, looked around to see what he could find. He really went above and beyond. He ended up finding a customer returned kit that was uninstalled. He offered that kit to me at a discount, even though it was only missing a micro usb cable. I was really impressed with his blind willingness to take the time for a new customer. We really don't see this kind of customer service too much. I just wanted to let everyone know they are a top notch, very professional company. They will get my business again in the future. Update: Received my packages, and let me tell you it was packaged probably better than anything I've received in the mail. OEM packaging, and clear warning labels that in fact it was fragile. Zeth even followed up with me with another email about receiving the packages, which is also unheard of from 99% of the companies out there. I told him that in the future I am planning on purchasing a large format Modix BIG-180-XL printer and that I would be buying it from them instead of going through the manufacturer. Thanks Zeth! “My son is currently attending Discovery Point and my daughter attended for 12 years. I could not even imagine taking them somewhere else. The school itself is immaculate and filled with great activities that the kids love. The owners constantly update so everything seems brand new. The teachers are the absolute best. They are kind and caring and you can tell that they really love the kids. They let you know how your child is doing and if they have any concerns or suggestions. Once again the teachers are Amazing! My daughter attended VPK here and when she started Kindergarten the school said they could tell she had been to Discovery Point because she was so well prepared for elementary school.. The owners and directors are friendly and a joy to interact with. They are very organized and quick to respond if we need anything. I would recommend Discovery Point to anyone who is looking for high quality, loving care for their children.”
