“What a GREAT place! Found them online as someone that could service my Husqvarna chainsaw. Dropped it off and the gentleman diagnosed it on the spot and gave me an estimate to replace the fuel line. They had it ready THE NEXT DAY! I also picked up some premixed fuel (cheaper than Lowe's) and a new chain (price was within $1 of Amazon and Lowe's doesn't carry it in stock). The service charge was very reasonable and the people there were friendly and helpful. The showroom looked like it had a lot of options if I were shopping for new equipment. It was definitely worth the drive from Land O Lakes.”

“Floor staff was very helpful when I was looking for specific items. The cashier, Asia was outstandingly pleasant. They bagged my groceries as lightly as I requested due to my health issues but still managed to put perishables in harms way so they were ruined when I got home! I will be returning those items for store credit! Since it was Labor Day, the store was packed with customers but Asia, the cashier -&- Brie the young lady who helped put my groceries in the car still had outstandingly nice attitudes!!”

“Beach House is a great place for your loved ones to live and an excellent place to work! The residents here are Family. Gabriel our Marketer isn't just the person who gets you in the door, she continues daily to keep you here and Happy. She is always available by phone for concerns and goes the extra mile of cleaning rooms, moving furniture and or planning events if it makes the resident and their families happy. Christine the Activities Director is always busy planning outings where residents can go shopping and eat out. She is always getting great live entertainment. Her Happy hour is such a hit that residents wanted two days a week to have it. John our Maintenance Director is always willing to go the extra mile to help new move ins. He gets a lot of request just so residents can enjoy his company. The community is always clean and warm and if a spill or puppy puddle appears there's always a smiling face to clean it up. Josh our Business office manager has one label but many jobs. He can cook a whole meal for resident's hang a TV, program a remote and put on a fire work show just to please our residents. Brad our Chef is always going to residents rooms or tables to go over diet request and or changes. He takes all the request to heart and does his best to accommodate new suggestions. Carla the Memory Care Director can work most under the table. She is always coming in all hours of the day and night to work the floor when there is a staff shortage. She spends her off hours baking cakes and pastries for Residents in Memory Care to have a personalized experience on their Birthdays. She does all the Beach House Nursing Scheduling and organized all the mind stimulating activities for the Residents in Memory Care. Traci the Director of Nursing has ushered in a tremendous Knowledge of Health Care professional who come in weekly to address every concern for most aging issues. We now have multiple in house physicians with different cultures and languages to accommodate any persons preference. We have an In house pharmacy that delivers same day. Psychiatry, Neurology and PCP's that round weekly along with Podiatry and choices of multiple Hospice services. We always have a nurse available to answer questions or concerns on Weekends. Bonnie the Executive Director is one in a million. She is always helping residents and staff in need. I have seen her do laundry, clean litter boxes, Cook in the kitchen and just sit with residents when they are having a hard time adjusting. She makes working at Beach House a real pleasure and I personally in my 25 years of working as a nurse have never been able to express my concerns like I can with her. Her door is always open. Beach House is an experience few have had the pleasure of working at. There is a reason staff and residents want to come back when they leave expecting something better on the other side. We are family here....”
