“I brought my beloved 2018 Nissan Rogue Sport to the dealership today, exactly 6 months before my current lease expired... I was very attached to Miss Alisha, but I saw Miss Adrian and it was love at first sight... So I am now leasing a beautiful 2020 Charcoal Rogue Sport... The folks at the dealership did a wonderful job making what can sometimes be a stressful event into a very pleasurable one... Carrie, my Salesperson, was attentive and thorough without being pushy... She did a great job communicating to me throughout the whole process, as far as what to expect next... Having been a finance manager at a Nissan dealership in my prior life, I know full well how difficult it can sometimes be to complete a sale, especially when it's a Saturday and the last day of the month... Carrie, as well as Nick, my Finance Manager, worked with purpose and precision... I had resigned myself to an all-day experience, but was pleasantly surprised to be home within a couple of hours. “They were so nice with something that was 100% our fault. We dropped a uhaul trailer off after hours and left it outside their gate. 2 days later we realized a mistake we made and went back to confirm they checked in our trailer. The gentleman explained he did not have the trailer on my contract on his lot. I explained we dropped it off a few nights ago and I know it's not his problem but could we view any security footage to see if someone took it after we dropped it off. He said no one has taken a trailer in the three years he has been there. He explained one of the trailers was left in the last 2 days but he could not check it in because it was not checked out to anyone. He was fine with me staying on the lot to try and figure it out. Comes to find out the uhaul dealer we got it from put the wrong equipment number on our contract. After getting the clear from a uhaul representative, he was very helpful and most importantly kind and friendly about checking it in for us. Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!”
