Most places had told me drop it off and they could have it back to me in a week. Problem was 10 was little too small and 10.5 a little too big that’s what I loved about their method he custom fit it and didn’t take long at all. Was so pleased got him to put larger bail on my Arc Angel Michael pendant while I waited only took few minutes. Wow I couldn’t believe how nice and professional they are. I highly recommend them.”
