The location is perfect to get to Tampa or Orlando via i-75 about 8 minutes from this RV park. Staff very kind and helpful, and rates are not bad either. “This is the most amazing place... so, we were attending a wedding here, instead of booking at an area hotel we checked in at the monastery and they had rooms available for guests at a bargain compared to the local hotels and it included 3 meals that we ate with the monks... Read up on the Rule of St. Benedict and you'll understand why these monasteries are a great way to retreat from your day to day life. We also got to speak with several brothers, attended mass and went for long walks...”

“My two daughters and I loveeeee staying Little Frontier Resort! This was our third time and we plan on many more. Ozzy and Robin are so accommodating and make our entire stay so fun for my girls. They really cater to them and make sure that they have the best time possible! We have loved every restaurant that Ozzy and Robin have recommended, which is super helpful because sometimes it’s hard to know where to eat when in a new town. “We stayed the week of New Years Eve. From the second we arrived all the staff members were very helpful to make sure we had everything we needed, were settled in and was aware of the amenities the park had to offer. The full timers were so friendly every time we walked around the park and invited us to their bingo nights and new years eve party. You can tell everyone takes great pride in their community and are welcoming whether you are staying one night or one year! The laundry room was clean and updated. The pool had just reopened and was a great way to spend an afternoon! Thanks to everyone for a great stay!”

“While the staff was wonderful and caring, we were told we would be called the following morning at 9am regarding lab results for our geriatric border collie mix, who was not feeling well at all. We never received a phone call. I called several times throughout that day and the following one to get his lab results. That was several weeks ago. Despite leaving several messages we never received a phone call back letting us know what was wrong with him. Luckily his symptoms have passed at this point. I want to add that they got us in quickly and every other aspect of our visit was great! But, not communicating lab work to let you know how your pet is doing isn’t something I would think is good practice normally.”

“We've only been here for two days, but are staying at least a month. I may update! One thing I'm disappointed in is that there is no free wifi here only at the community room. We were scheduled to be in the center of the park of this mostly park model, permanent homes. We have a 34' Reflection. Too tight. So Mike called and made other arrangements. Much better. The pool is very nice. The community room is spacious, nice library, lots of activities going on every day. People are very friendly! It's an older park but pretty well maintained. No problems so far. We were recently at Yankee Traveler in Largo FL. One unique thing about that park is dogs are allowed in one location in the park. Here, dogs are everywhere. Not being a big or even a little fan of dogs, I liked them in one spot. We're definitely staying for the month. We just need to decide if we want to stay another month before going back to TN. We did stay another month. There are so many activities going on! Cards, sewing, trips, etc. The city of Zephyrhills isn't very far away and has just about everything you need. We would definitely plan to return here.”

“Under renovations so no fridges/microwaves in the room. Staff was super friendly and helpful! Rooms are discounted online due to renovations so it’s definitely a bargain with the location!! Rooms were very clean! Can’t wait to see what they look like when they’re finished. Met Rachel the assistant general manager and Alexis this housekeeping manager at the front desk. They were super helpful and answered my many questions. Alexis was kind enough to show me a room before checking in.”

“My parents wintered at Hunter's Run for 28 years. We bought the park model from them 5 years ago. We love the activities and the people are so friendly. We have met so many new friends from the states and Canada. The association is what keeps us coming back. The park owners put in some great pickleball courts that we love. The expanded pavilion is very nice. Rates are reasonable.”

“Adorable, "old Florida," in a good way! Spacious spots, roads are paved and winding with lots of mature shade trees. Park is very well maintained, swimming pool is delightful. The place is huge with well over 500 sights, but feels like a gentle little town. Many of the sights have very old built-on-to trailers that have full time residents, but they seem to "work" in this special nook of Florida.”

“My wife and I love Suncoast RV Resort. We are blessed to be able to use it for our home away from home. Other reviews have pointed out issues regarding flooding during heavy rains, palm trees needing trimmed etc. while these things are true, we are confident that plans are underway to remedy these issues. If I had a specific complaint, it would be the loss of James, the former Maintenance Supervisor. From day one of moving in, James welcomed us and went out of his way to address any issues we had. If I was working on my site, it never failed that he would stop by and see if I had any issues or complaints. I saw him do the same exact thing everyday with other guests. No disrespect to any of the current employees, but it seems different without him on property, utilizing his people skills and genuinely caring about folks and issues at the resort. Funny how changes in staff can impact the overall vibe and feel of a property. Denise the manager has also been wonderful to us both since day one. She has always been respectful, kind, and accommodating to us. We hope to continue to utilize this gem of a property for as long as they will have us.”
