Needed to fill a perscription and the pharmacist on duty clearly cared about each customer that she helped. For me she went the extra mile to help with the right manufacturer and getting the right thing for my insurance. While she was swamped with folks needing help she seemed ti effortlessly redirect frustrated customers ( from their own doings) to help them through their situation. “I came to Luke with a pinched nerve in my lower back from a herniated disk. Every movement I made hurt and I had to stop golfing. Luke clearly explained what was happening to me and told me he would have me moving pain free in 5-10 weeks (which felt impossible to me at the time).
