“A year ago my parents decided that they wanted to move to an Independent living facility. We visited 6 other facilities in the area and when we arrived at Regency Oaks, we all knew this was the place for them. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The staff is very friendly and you really feel heard. The apartment configurations and upgrades are the best in the area. You really are living in an upgraded apartment, not something worn out and beige. My mom loves to cook and she is very happy with the food offerings, and the beautifully decorated dining rooms. There are so many activities offered, and best of all, if you like to swim, they even have a large indoor pool! Who would think an indoor pool would be needed in Florida, but now they can swim rain or shine. My dad attends the “Great Courses” lectures & signs up for the field trips to the museums, and my mom belongs to 3 different bridge clubs.My parents have been more active here than they have been in the last 5 years, and I’m so happy they’ve found such a beautiful new home.”

“I cannot thank this place enough I was battling severe tooth pain for almost 2 weeks without a break and i called around and was rates from 200 to 400 for one extraction and this place talked to me today knowing I only had little money and no insurance so they extracted the tooth for what I could afford they had me come in instantly without a thought so I'm recommending them and very thankful for there kindness and help. God bless them for that and if you need a dentist or help they are amazing ,everyone was very kind and welcoming and they showed true compassion to me and now I can finally relax and sleep tonight ? this was a miracle for me so I give them 5 stars and highly recommended them if you need a professional, honest and compassionate dental office. “I had been going to see Dr. Vollbracht for many years and he is a wonderful doctor. Unfortunately, he retired! But he hand-picked his replacement, Dr. Patel, and I am so thankful. Dr. Patel is very compassionate, listens when I have questions, and very good at his job. The reason for charging extra for separate injections is because insurance requires it. Dr. Vollbracht was doing some things out of courtesy, which was really great, but insurance companies no longer allow it. I understand the frustration with the additional costs. In my case, I no longer can get Botox and my occipital injections on the same day due to my insurance so have to make a separate trip. I would recommend that if people are having issues with the front desk that they leave a message for Dr. Patel's nurse Robin. One of the other reasons I love Dr. Patel is that recently my mom had a stroke scare and was hospitalized at Morton Plant. Due to COVID restrictions, I was unable to visit and speak to her doctors. Dr. Patel pulled up her records (she is also a patient of his) and explained everything to my mom with patience and empathy. As much as I loved Dr. Vollbracht, Dr. Patel has noticed and is treating me for neurological symptoms that Dr. Vollbracht never addressed. I've had chronic migraines and cervical issues, along with other chronic pain. Dr. Patel is now treating me for these other, related issues and kept working with me to find medicine that would give me some relief. He's wonderful, as it his nurse (a hold-over from Dr. V) as is Robin.”
