“After reading so many reviews about the long walk to reach the beach I almost passed on this gem. The walk from your car to the dog beach is less than a minute, When you pay to enter turn left (right after the green flag). Follow the signs to dog beach and park near the south pavilion. Now you are right by the bathrooms, grill, and entrance to the beach. HUGE parking lot no problem finding a spot. You and your dog will love this beach! Everything you need within a very short walk!!”

“I can not say enough awesome things about Larry. He took his time, explained what he was doing and gave us good hints on what we can do for our hair. He is such a sweet person. I enjoyed the experience which has NEVER happened to me in a beauty shop. I hadn’t been anywhere in over 3 years because I usually dread it so much! He did a great job on my curly, frizzy, unruly hair and also on my daughter’s long, straight hair. I have an appointment set to return already! “Such a great experience on the island, perfect beach with lots of nice sand, shells, and umbrellas and chairs to rent! People at the cafe were friendly however food and drinks were expensive for what you get (and not that great) which can be pretty typical. Fish basket is not worth it.”
