“Living in Florida on the East coast it is always nice to get away to the West coast. Well this year we ran into Hurricane Elsa and trying to find a place last minute. Never fear Anita and Blue Water had the exact days I needed and at more then affordable price. Her communication was awesome throughout the process. It's old school Florida and centrally located to restaurants, ice cream shop, activities, and steps away from the water. As we were there I noticed new paint, moving new furniture into other units, and very helpful. We will be returning on our next trip to the West Coast.”

He showed me 2 of his rentals and they were by far the most appealing ones I’d seen throughout my search. Bob was very kind and easy to work with throughout the whole process. “IRB Chairs came to our rescue! All the beach chairs in our condo were broken and IRB Chairs came to our rescue! Within an hour they delivered 6 chairs and an umbrella…in pristine condition too!! Very accommodating and super great customer service! They also came to pick up when done! Highly recommend!!”

“Had the veggy sub. It was very fresh, all of the ingredients were. My friend had a slice of cheese pizza. It was huge. Great place if you wanna grab a quick bite or to go. Inside is small. Sits about 20 or less but the place is clean. They have a good selection of canned craft beer.”

“I rented from your company for almost 2 years in the Hamptons of Brandon. Absolutely nothing but respect for Rick. Only problem is now I'm looking for another unit, went on the portal & it says I owe $600. I was completely paid up until I left. I let y'all keep my deposit because I was told I did not give 60 days notice. I have a text from Rick thanking me for cleaning the unit perfectly & that there was nothing I owed. “This place was wonderful for our family of 4 on spring break. It was very clean and someone from maintenance was always doing something on the grounds! The views are amazing. One thing that you can’t tell from photos is that these condos are HUGE. We even put a kid to sleep in the walk in closet as it’s big enough to be a room. I have myself on the waitlist for the next two years for a certain week because we enjoyed our stay so much. Location is great and the beach is beautiful. All staff we met were kind and helpful! 10/10!”

“What a wonderful place for our anniversary. We stayed in “Lizard Landing”, a studio style apartment right across the street from the beach. Great food is across the street and just down the road. I grew up in Clearwater and have stayed in MANY places local. We’ve lived in TN for 26 years and researched places to see what new and WHAT A GEM. They were so accommodating and we feel so BLESSED to have found this place. We will be returning here for years (with friends 😜) They have everything you need washer and dryer (with detergent), microwave, full sized coffee pot and Kuerig, kitchen sink, full sized fridge, beach towels, etc”

My wife and I shared the Tampa Cuban (see picture), enjoyed it and found it to be more than enough for both of us as we weren't that hungry. My parents ordered the Reuben Cuban (see picture) and Chicken Cuban (see picture) and enjoyed both of them...just found it to be more than they wanted to eat for a light lunch. As the pictures show, this place isn't all that fancy, but the Cuban sandwiches were served quickly and were very good. Best of all, there was a good selection of ice cream to enjoy with your meal. I sampled the Espresso with chocolate before the meal came and loved it! If you are looking for a quick stop to eat you will enjoy this place. “We were extremely impressed with Goin Coastal golf cart rentals! The owners are wonderful people! We had a cart for a week while we rented a condo in Indian Rocks Beach. They are really nice carts, it was delivered to our door, owner explained everything we needed to know and was available for any questions we had. We barely used our rental vehicle. The golf carts can travel wherever you need to go! I highly recommend!”

“The manager is a sweetheart! Our family had dinner here and everyone enjoyed it. See attached menu for options and prices (subject to change I'm sure but nice to know ahead of time). We enjoyed our food, service was good. The South side of the place and North side are completely different from each other. The North/restaurant side are great for family hangout. Southside /tiki side had patrons enjoying themselves which we found to be pretty smokey. Pick your crowd and sit accordingly.”

“Betty Ann and Bruce are true blue Gods children. They were very personable and accommodating. They didn’t have a problem with me extending my stay and they made me feel right at home. I feel blessed to meet such a nice couple and I will always remember my stay,, while I was closing my real estate purchase. The only problem I had was staying at a corporate hotel the first week I was in Largo. Wish I knew about the Sea Star before I drove by it. THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY!!!😎🏖 It’s easy for love these people!”
