“I used to be a patient of Dr. Cozad's and unfortunately she stopped accepting the insurance I had at the time. I have a new plan and now I can't find a working number to reestablish her as my doctor. At the time, I never had a female GYN before, and she was the first EVER to ask what I was doing for my osteoporosis. "That's for old ladies" I reply, but sure enough I had 50% bone loss. I even ran to her in a deep fit of depression looking for her to recommend someone for that. She was so very kind and I will not forget that. Even though she is on the other side of the county from me, I would still like to have her as my physician. Thank you.”
