You'll feel strong and energize as well as proud of yourself when you are done. I enjoy how you are able to track your progress as well as calories right there on a tv screen. The routine will get easier with time for sure. José was such a professional instructor. You can really tell he is passionate with what he does and provides excellent and clear instructions to the members taking the class. Very aware of every possible detail. I highly recommend checking out this clean and wonderful studio. The members are welcoming and friendly. Book your intro class if possible with Jose. Take advantage of their current deals. Way cheaper then a personal gym coach but with much greater benefits.”

“My mom has been a resident at Pinecrest since November 2019. She is very happy there. I am most grateful for the diligent job everyone at Pinecrest has done to keep the residents safe during the C-19 Virus. The friendly staff has been very accommodating to mom's needs and ours during this time. Her apartment is beautiful and she enjoys the food. I also look forward to sharing some dining experiences with her once it is safe to do so. The staff is also working hard at keeping the residents engaged and communicate daily while the quarantine has put some limitations on the activities.
