“FANTASTIC beach front location - 2 great restaurants literally across the street - convenience store one block away.....I didn't need a car, everything I needed was right there for a stress-less ultra-relaxing vacation. The staff, both Diane and the owner, were so, so nice and approachable. I traveled alone and my room was one bedroom, oceanfront...looking right at the waves. Super clean, comfortable and very cold air and ceiling fans. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker - plenty of linens. I didn't have to ask for a thing. Pool and hot tub are amazing and the grounds are very well maintained. I was literally so happy with my choice. Definitely independently owned (not a big chain name) - but so charming and literally, there could not be a closer spot to the beach. The restaurants across the street were great - Screwies (breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks), or Dockside Dave's (lunch, dinner, drinks). Both have inside/outside seating......the Grouper and scallops at Dave's.........soooo good. Thank you so much and I WILL return!”

“Great food, large portions, reasonable prices. Happy hour from open to 6pm. Wells and many beers are $2.00-2.50. There are two different patios you can sit on, as well as an inside area. There is a touch tunes so you can listen to the music you like. I will be back! Only downside was that it smelled of heavy smoke inside the restaurant (minus 1 star).”

“What an amazing experience! The entire team at this hotel made our labor day weekend spectacular! We were a group of 21 folks traveling together in multiple rooms. Every room was spotless, we enjoyed the multiple gathering areas available both indoor and out. The staff kept all of the gathering areas very clean and we're available to answer any questions and help with anything we needed. They managed to anticipate and fulfill every need even on a holiday weekend in the middle of a global pandemic. From the front desk, to the bistro, to the pool staff and housekeeping team, great experience thanks to you all! Our best stay ever at a Courtyard by Marriott! We will be back!”

“We informed Captain James that we would like to catch some big fish that were picture worthy and catch a few to eat. We started out trolling a wreck and caught two nice Baracuda that we used for bait to catch two sharks and three massive Goliath grouper. After that we move a mile and caught 15-20 grey snapper to bring home and eat. My 13 y/o so e is elated and I am Dad of the Year. We did all this on a 6 hours trip. We will be back.”
