“Sandy Shores 401 My Fiancé and I stayed here for a short while as we were making a small vacation out of a wedding visit. We were a bit disappointed by how late the check-in time is, but I guess through the years they have gotten later at most places. We were able to get in an hour early, and when we needed a few extra minutes at checkout the office allowed us the time we needed which was very kind! The shower was bit slow to drain, but the condo appeared to be very clean and kept upon our arrival. There is no dish rack for handwashing dishes, so plan for time to empty the dishwasher before leaving. Most places I've stayed at ask that you run the dishwasher before leaving and they will empty it. Not this one, so just plan for this. The location is incredible, as it is directly across the street from John's Pass, full of restaurants, bars, shops, etc. It is a bit far from a Liquor Store or a Grocery if you are not renting a car, however the local trolley system is very nice! We utilized it to ride up to Clearwater and back a couple of times to shop and eat. It's much cheaper than a rideshare, and they run every 30 minutes from Clearwater to St. Pete Beach. Based on our experience, we would happily return!”

“I booked this property because we have stayed a Pam's properties before. We found the condo to be very clean and well stocked upon arrival. The location is excellent and easy to get to. We especially enjoyed the large screened in balcony overlooking the beach. The property is well maintained inside and out and we were impressed with the cleanliness of the elevator lobby, beach, pool area, and parking area! Pam was excellent in all our communications and very helpful with any questions we had. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great value and location on the beach. “Loved our stay here at the first of December!!! The room was nice and the beach was right off the pool deck. We loved it was across the street from John's Pass, they have restaurants and shopping all within a really short 2 minute walk. We never had to leave in the car, it was really nice.”

“I can’t say enough about how great Blake has been through our home buying experience. He has many years of experience and knows a ton of people in the Pinellas Co area (other real estate agents, inspectors, local mortgage brokers, the list goes on). Blake knows the questions to ask the listing agents and at the end of the day he wants you to be so happy with your home. Also, Blake is not the first real estate agent that my husband and I have worked with. In comparison to people in the past, Blake has a proactive approach and is able to get us foot in the door just about anywhere, even in this crazy housing market. One other thing I’ll note about Blake is that even though we looked at several houses with him, if we expressed that we weren’t interested he would move right on to the next one and I appreciated that. There was no pressure to compromise just to make a sale. He genuinely cares about the people he works with. I would highly recommend Blake if you’re looking to buy or sell a home.”

We stayed on the seventh floor and the view of the gulf was amazing. 🌅 This condominium has strict rules about the standards of design, functionality and cleanliness that the individual owners agree to maintain. They have a nice pool and grill area. Their hot tub is massive and stays open until 12:45 am. There is plenty of parking even when they're full. Each rental gets two parking spaces. In either direction, north or south on Gulf Blvd, there are a dozen great places to eat within walking distance. Make sure you visit John's Pass and try a divey joint on the boardwalk past Caddy's. You'll know it when you see it. Order their incredibly expensive lobster roll. You'll probably grab another one for on the way back to watch the sunset. You are welcome. ...and that's all I got to say about that.”

“Such a fun time!! Glad we decided to do this. We had a group of six which is the perfect amount of people and makes it a great price as well. Yes, like everyone says, it is BYOB which is awesome. Our Captain, Mark, was awesome as well. Super friendly and fun. Make sure to ask to make the sandbar one of your stops so you can do a quick jump in the water! If you're walking by on the dock and are thinking, maybe we should do this, DO IT. Even though we have already done it, we will definitely be doing it again next time we are back. Don't forget to tip your Captain!!!!”

“The cottages are a cozy arrangement of quaint cottages with each cottage having its own outside sitting area for drinking coffee in the morning to sipping wine in the evening. Our one bedroom cottage had the sitting area right outside the bedroom. Our kitchen window looked out at the pool where there were plenty of lounge chairs to sun and a couple of thatched covered tables wrapped with white lights where we sat after dark for bedtime cocktails. The location is outstanding being a 10-minute walk to multiple restaurants, bars and shops. We 100% enjoyed our stay in The Cottages. So private and relaxing. Much prefer this compared to high rises, elevators and tons of people!”

“Had yet another amazing time! Meet some really nice people again. Captain Mike went over everything including life jackets. Staff was friendly. Amy and Sheila were great! Food was yummy. They also recognize the military who are serving or have served. ❤My only disappointment was I was told 7-9:30 and we docked back at 9pm. I really would of liked the extra 30 minutes as I am a full time mom and NEED that! So yay overall great, but give the 30 more minutes to those parents that really would appreciate it.”

“Madeira Vista Condos is the place to be! Penny and John were so welcoming and accommodating! Especially John, who is on sight. He is a friendly face who was here to answer all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable! Even right now- its our last day here, waiting for a later flight and we were concerned what we could do with the kids and our luggage. Well, John to the rescue! He put our bags in a secure location and let us hang pool side as long as needed...now that's service! Our family of 10, 6 adults and 4 children, stayed in units 607 (a corner unit) and the adjacent 606 unit. The views are just wow! With the *almost* floor to ceiling windows, we were able to watch dolphins in the morning while we sipped our coffee and made breakfast, and when we were ready for the beach, we only had a few short steps to get there! A highlight, is the pavilion at the bottom of the elevator...loaded with tables, pool/beach toys, and best of all...grills! There are plenty of little beach bars and grills within walking distance and a free trolley if you desire, but no need if you don't want too (also no need for a rental car! Just uber if needed!) Madeira Vista has all you need! The sand is white powder and the water is turquoise, ya can't beat it! We'll 100% be back!”
