“I have been neglecting my Teeth for years. I was very skeptical about where to go. I got an ad for Monticciolo and it was a few blocks from my house. From the moment I walked in, the two ladies at the front Kat & Crystal were very pleasant and polite so they made me feel comfortable right away. When I was called back, the Assistant Denise was very welcoming and also put me at ease with her happy and knowledgeable personality. She asked some questions and explained a few things very thoroughly which also made me feel more comfortable. After X-Rays, Dr. Engelsberg came in, introduced himself and proceeded to explain all that was damaged. He was very kind, had a great personality and was very informative about the impending things that needed to be done. The whole staff that I dealt with was very kind and caring. I didn't just feel like a patient but a friend. When I was done and the cost was being discussed by Denise, I didn't just feel like a human cash register. They offered all the options explaining which were cheaper, temporary, permanent and more logical. I thank them very much for their kindness and would recommend them to anyone. “This place is always amazing. The food is excellent. The portions are enormous. Customer service is on point. Owner is very friendly and seemingly always there. You can truly tell they care about their product, business, and consumer. I order the small Cuban and can barely finish half of it. Probably because I also order a side of rice and beans... Always delicious. Friday rice is even better w the beans mixed in. The hot plates are always good too. The roast pork is amazing. I look forward to continuing to try the menu out but at the moment I'm stuck on the amazingness of the pressed Cuban w lettuce and tomato.”
