She knew exactly what my hair needed, how much needed to come off the ends to get rid of the dead ends but keep maximum length. I booked another appointment 4 months out on the spot. The grounds are well kept. It is truly a adult only community. You do not find people just hanging out that do not live in the park. As some of these reviews state: "people have to live some place". “After a beautiful sunrise at St. petersburg I was looking for a place to have coffee and quick breakfast to eat. I came across Southside coffee and decided to have Coffee Nip and bagel with cream cheese after browsing through the menu. The order was prepared successfully by the owner and I got my order in 5-10 minutes. The coffee was freshly brewed and it was hot and delicious. I loved the bagel as well as it was tasty and delicious with cream cheese spread. Loved this coffee shop.”
