It was almost sound proof couldn’t hear people around us nor traffic on Gulf Blvd. Maintenance man Charlie was fabulous and fixed the two small issues we had on day one. Balcony was enormous & had great ocean views. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Had an amazing time here. Sunset inn and cottages will change the way you book your next trip. We spent 4 days in the Lookout penthouse, room was very clean and designed and decorated very nicely. It really felt like it could be home. It's right across the street from beautiful sunset beach, 5 min walk if you want to fish (I caught a snook) absolutely no traffic or noise. It's just the best way to experience the island without the hustle and bustle of the town. Thanks again to the team that treated us so great, we will definitely be back.”

“This place is still old school but still going strong. We stayed at the end of July unfortunately had to deal with Red Tide but that wasn't the hotels fault. The place is clean and the people are great. If you are looking for a quiet place no parties, no loud people, music just great family fun this is the place. Maybe the only down side is there is no balcony for each room but you can sit outside the room at a community style balcony on the second and third floor, not that big of a deal, at least for us. Again I hope the owner keeps this place going with the same hospitality of people and no party style atmosphere. I believe everyone I met has been going to this hotel for over 10 years, seriously you don't hear that to often and they all come back for the same reason; quiet, family atmosphere, and the family owners and staff. My family loved it Thank you....”

“We stayed at this hotel for two days. I chose it because it was still close to the beach and the price was good with a free breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was decent, the staff was amazing, and the bed was so comfortable it was better than my own bed at home. I never slept so good. The hotel is a little rundown but then again so are most of the hotels in this area. For the price, we had a great time. There is a bar on the second area that’s open till 11 PM. The bartender was very friendly and made great drinks. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.”

“They catered to us for a one night stay, we are grateful. The rooms were clean and well made. The price was great. We were able to rest very well. They also have extra parking right across the street, very convenient. We are so thankful, my daughter left her IPHONE. They not only kept the phone aside, they held it for over a WEEK! Not only my daughters IPHONE but also toys from my sons that they misplaced. AMAZING, TRUSTWORTHY, AND HONORABLE !!!! Will be back and highly recommended.”

“Very private! We weren't bothered by anyone or even seen anyone the entire stay, 5 days in fact. The condo was clean and had all the basic kitchen items so we didn't have to eat out unless we chose to. There is a beautiful garden, pool and dock to hangout on. The beach, restaurants, grocery and convenience stores are all within walking distance. We had a blast.”

“We arrived to our room with instructions on. This is a nice little spot only about 500 feet from the beach which appears to be very private as we had plenty of social distance. All of the people staying at the hotel were all very friendly and extremely helpful with getting familiar with all the hotels accommodations that were unclear. We did notice that we were missing a microwave the properties manager drove a few towns away to bring us a brand new one and show us the laundry area, and also took the time to explain anything else we needed to know. I can’t wait to visit again I was very pleased with the hotel and how it is dead center in the middle of everything. Only mins away from Johns Pass and as stated before you literally walk out your door directly on to the beach. They have beach chairs, umbrellas, and a grill on property.”

“I've been here several times and I love this place. Very clean and cozy the rooms have a front and back door. It makes it a little less like a motel room to me. I love that they have their own little bar and that they're right on the beach. I've never had anything go wrong with these accommodations. The also have suites for larger groups or families.”

“The resort is absolutely beautiful! I love the view from our room and we were so close to the beach! And the service is AMAZING! Brad, the reception clerk was absolutely wonderful and so sweet to help us so late at night with some extra sheets we needed; excellent guest service all the way! “Last week we came to stay at this Residence Inn on Treasure Island, St Pete Beach, because we had stayed there 6 years ago and had a wonderful experience. And it was a wonderful experience this time as well! Erica, the General Manager, and her staff, Marilee and Amanda, were all exceptional! Every single employee was so nice! I had a slight medical emergency and Erica and Amanda were both so attentive and helpful and provided me with what I needed to find the closest urgent care. The room was beautiful and very clean! Hands down the best hotel stay we've had! This is our favorite hotel in Florida and we will be back! Thank you for making us feel so welcome and comfortable!”
