“Lovely resort for a really good price. Everyone here that I came across and briefly chatted with were seemingly in a great mood because they all in *feel good vacation mode* as was I and my husband. :) A short walk to the beach, as well as a short walk to nearby restaurants, and a Publix closeby. I felt comfortable at this resort and would absolutely stay here again someday.”

“We came today to check Sir David’s out. We didn’t actually stay here(yet but def plan on it)we came for the day. It’s a nice quaint place to come and relax 2 Catch some Florida sun w/out that large crowds on the beach. While this place is still getting off the ground, the owners seem committed 2 offering an adults only environment. Room number 2(very clean, decorated very nicely)was being used as the bathroom as the public bathroom/sauna/locker room are was being updated. Plenty of seating areas w/outside refrigerator 2 put your cold drinks in as well. This place is making it work and I wish them the best as they continue 2 grow. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend this place as a get away for the day or a mini staycation.”

“Friendly staff, clean rooms and very spacious! The grounds are beautiful, so many flowers and bushes. The pool is clean and has fun different color lights at night. The beach is gorgeous and because there are so few rooms at the hotel, it feels like a private beach. I hadn’t been to The Sea Chest since I was a little girl, 20 years ago, but it’s exactly how I remember. My husband was very impressed too and we’ve decided this will be our new vacation spot in the future. We also enjoyed playing shuffle board one evening. Thank you, Maria and staff for a wonderful visit!”

“We needed a last minute place to stay since we extended our trip on Treasure Island. Westwinds was amazing! We can't say enough good things about it. The manager is super kind and helpful. We had a view of the bay and our condo was spotless! There were 3 docks, a pool, and grilling area. The beach was right across the street, and the resort was in the perfect location! We loved our stay at Westwinds and will be staying here again in the future.”

“Edit: Just stayed here for a 2nd time in February 2020! Our family stayed here in 2014, so it's been awhile, but when we stayed we really enjoyed the place. It's dated, but was very clean during our stay. We enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach.”

“Great little spot on the bay that also offers beach access on the gulf side. Tom is a great host who has thought of everything. Rooms have multiple charging stations where you need them. Comfortable beds and sofas, and big screen TVs. Full Kitchens are stocked with all the utensils and serving ware you need. Also a great outdoor kitchen. You have to try the outdoor shower! Home away from home in a beautiful setting. It appears the same people come back year after year, and everyone is friendly! I’ll be back!”

“Island Inn Beach Resort was AMAZING! The location, the view, and the room!!! Special shout out to Karen, she was the sweetest front desk representative I've ever met! She was helpful and really made us feel welcomed! Perfect birthday getaway! I am sure to visit again but will be sure to bring my own towels next time. *Negative feedback:: I was charged without being notified. First off, we left the room very clean! If they had a broom, the floor would have been swept too. When I called to see what the charge was for; He said I damaged property by a towel having blood on it. I was on my monthly and flowing heavily. When I dried off, some did get onto the towel. I've never been charged for basically being a woman. Something I CANNOT HELP. I truly can't believe how insensitive he was to what I was saying. It should be included in the fine print; Property damage includes accidental menstrual leakage onto sheets or while drying off. Ridiculous. I will be disputing the charge with my bank.”

“The pool area looks exotic with beautiful small gardens surrounding it. It feels like home and a lovely vacation at the same time. The manager is friendly and helpful! The room is clean and the bathroom pleasant. I do not mind that it is not modern. The beach is a 5 minute walk, with a crosswalk conveniently nearby for safely crossing the road. The beach is beautiful and clean with the softest sand! We will definitely return to this beach, and this motel. The ice cream store across the street was delicious.”

“Very nice everyone that works here is friendly and helpful , there property is super clean I stayed at the villa side of the property and I have not one complaint the location is excellent supermarket withing walking 5 min you have a publix rooms are new and also clean ...this is a great spot to come with your family”
