(I booked it Saturday evening). They were prompt, on-time, and very helpful. "Lisa" was extremely friendly and kind. She understood I didn't know much about the process and explained everything to me in great detail. Including the warranty, road hazard warranty, (what they meant) and explained the importance of rotating my tires and when to do so. The mechanic who worked on my tired explained in great detail what the sensor was for and that it wasn't necessary. (They completely understood that money was tight at the moment and were kind about it.) Very professional. Also, very clean restrooms and waiting area!!!! (Big plus for me!) I was in and out in just over an hour. Thank you for great service!”

“The plastic bumper cover and wheel wall on my Hyundai Sonata busted apart after I ran over something on the interstate. I took it to Fastway and Randy ordered the new bumper cover and wheel well right away and they were here within 24 hours. He painted the bumper the day it arrived and installed it the next day.
