“Stopped in for a quick sandwich to-go. Ordered the foot-long Italian B.M.T. and since we live nearby, the sandwich was still hot and delicious when we got home. We asked for our sandwich toppings on the side with Subway's salad dressing. Everything was packed perfectly and as we requested. Kudos to the cook. This Subway is located in a Shell station so there was free parking and easy in and out.”

“I have been neglecting my Teeth for years. I was very skeptical about where to go. I got an ad for Monticciolo and it was a few blocks from my house. From the moment I walked in, the two ladies at the front Kat & Crystal were very pleasant and polite so they made me feel comfortable right away. When I was called back, the Assistant Denise was very welcoming and also put me at ease with her happy and knowledgeable personality. She asked some questions and explained a few things very thoroughly which also made me feel more comfortable. After X-Rays, Dr. Engelsberg came in, introduced himself and proceeded to explain all that was damaged. He was very kind, had a great personality and was very informative about the impending things that needed to be done. The whole staff that I dealt with was very kind and caring. I didn't just feel like a patient but a friend. When I was done and the cost was being discussed by Denise, I didn't just feel like a human cash register. They offered all the options explaining which were cheaper, temporary, permanent and more logical. I thank them very much for their kindness and would recommend them to anyone. “I've been taking my kids to Dr. Silver for about 15 years. We love it there. My little one has had to have so many extractions and they took great care of her. They let you listen to your own music, which the kids love. You get rewards and prizes for good brushing habits. The downside is they are a very busy office. You can't get right in (unless someone cancels) and we've had to wait upon arrival before. Besides that I'd recommend Dr. Silver for a kids dentist.”

“Dr. Jones and her staff are really amazing. Going to the dentist is never fun or pleasant, but they make it as quick and painless as possible. My hygienist was kind enough to take the time to walk me through my insurance and explain every aspect of my dental care. She even made sure to let doctor know I was resistant to the numbing agent, so they knew to use extra for me. Dr. Jones and Masi were both great while doing my fillings too. I wasn't the easiest patient but they both talked me through the procedure and constantly checked to make sure I was comfortable and doing alright before proceeding. Definitely going back and recommending to friends!”

“I am a new member of Burn Boot Camp and I am really loving my experience thus far. I just completed the 7 day trail and from day one I felt very comfortable. All the coaches are fantastic and motivational. I really love the body scans and nutritional help. I think this will really help keep me accountable, which I haven’t found in any gyms prior. The workouts are challenging and different every class. I am also very thankful that I didn’t feel pressured to join. I was able to complete my 7 day trail without the discussion of membership to see if this was something I really want to be a part of. I have been thinking about trying Burn Boot Camp for a few months now and I am glad I have. If your reading this and feel the same way seriously go try it... “Update: The office manager has reached out to me and is working to help get my replacement crown back on track! She was very nice and professional. I am very appreciative that Aspen Dental reacted to my review and is trying to rectify the issue. The staff at this clinic has always been wonderful, even through the pandemic. However, for the past two months I have been calling to follow up on the receipt of a replacement crown that was supposedly ordered for me. I have been placed on hold for 10 minutes or more on most of my calls and have only actually spoken to a live person once. When I did reach a live person they said they did not see my crown in the back and their system was down so she could not check the status. There does not seem to be any other option to reach them aside from by phone. I have now had an improperly fit crown on over 2 months with temporary cement. I expect any day it will come loose. At this point, I suppose I will have to pay for an entirely new crown at a new dentists office. I don't know what has changed with this office or if they are just currently short staffed, but I would not recommend beginning treatment there until they rectify whatever the current issue is.”

“We had to move my mom in from out of state during COVID, my dad had suddenly passed away and she has Huntington’s and unable to be by herself. The staff was great from the start, working around all the obstacles of coming from out of state, having furniture delivered, setting up her room all during a pandemic. It has remained great and mom loves it here. Even during quarantine staff made sure to check in extra. Now that they’re out of quarantine, she is loving the activities, including physical therapy. The health care professionals here are attentive and on point and always keeping us updated. When the time comes that mom can no longer be in AL, our plan is to continue care in the long term care wing. PS, mom says the food is good too!”
