If you sign up for emails, you will know when the sales are happening and special discounts too. I walked in for a particular Betta fish but fell in love with an ordinary blue one. I didn't stay to check out all the animals, but it's worth the trip back to see what is in there.”

He has guided me through all of them. He is a wealth of knowledge and willing to share with anyone willing to listen. Great guy. He will be straight with you about what you need or don't need for your tank, pond, etc. He doesn't try to sell you anything extra. If you are looking for something specific, he will find it for you. I recommend this store to anyone who has any interest in fish tanks. The best place in town for the hobby!”

“We love Ohana Dog Spa! We discovered them when my sister mentioned she saw a sign for a drop in nail trim which we were in need of. We were there within the hour and couldn't get over how adorable this place was. I'm absolutely in love with there photo spot that changes every month. We have since had a few baths there as well and always be regular costumers. They are so sweet to the dogs. Daisy is always excited when we arrive and never gets upset to be left for grooming. They are FANTASTIC about communication from booking appointments through their website (where I often ask questions on the form and ALWAYS receive an answer with my appointment confirmation) to text communications and pictures during and after grooming. I had always had issues leaving my dogs with groomers in the past because of my own separtion anxiety, but I am always at ease when my sweet girl is at Ohana.”

“I came on Monday before Hurricane Ian to pick up a couple of bales of hay for my chickens to stand on when the coop floods. So impressed. There was a line as other people were getting ready. An employee asked what I was getting so he could put it near my car. They obviously had multiple regular customers. I paid and then went to load my car. The one who got the bales for me put them in bags so there would be less mess. Great customer service. They have a new regular customer.”

“Pet center had a larger variety of animals. There were fish, birds, and small rodents, including hedgehogs, chinchillas, Guinea pigs, hamsters, mice, and rats. Rodent enclosures seemed clean; a mother hamster with babies was properly separated. I do not know fish as well, but things seemed generally clean. I did not see any obvious signs of disease-- spots, discolored eyes, etc. Staff greeted us when we came in and worked quietly checking on fish nearby us in case we needed her, which is a good way to be-- available to us but not pushy.”

Only draw back is the fish variety is limited, but hard to fault them as they sell what their customer base wants. But they do quarantine or at least observe their fish for a week or 2 before making them available for sale. The prices were decent and overall had an excellent experience.”
