A week ago, it was beautiful. It was a gift to my girlfriend for her birthday.
Very friendly staff, very clean and well kept. Only complaint, was it was pretty hot in the room. Ended up sweating throughout the night. I think individual AC units would be a great idea.
The house was absolutely gorgeous. We stayed in one of the rooms with an attached bathroom and that was very nice. There was a TV in our room and the host/homeowner, Rodrigo, was incredibly kind and welcoming. He made sure we knew how to unlock the front door as well as our bedroom door and was extremely nice! They left some bottled water and some sweets in our room for us as well as made it known they would be willing to provide us with anything else we needed. They provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup remover which was a nice touch as well. There was also a mini fridge in the room which was good to have. I'd say the only complaint would be the internet speed and the fact that there were people stomping in the room above us fairly late one night, however, I understand the people stomping wasn't necessarily the fault of the owner's, but I thought it would be worth mentioning. Additionally, the internet speed was fairly fast but there were some times where it wouldn't load anything on our phones and Netflix would stop working on the TV. Nonetheless, the house was gorgeous and the host was wonderful. As for the neighborhood, it gets VERY packed at night and parking is extremely hard to find; we had to park across the street in another subdivision both nights we returned as there was no parking in the neighborhood we were staying in. So, more parking would have been nice but the neighborhood is already built so I don't think that's an option. Also, the neighborhood smelled of Marijuana pretty strongly like all the time but I never saw anyone smoking it so I don't think it would necessarily be an issue for small children but it the smell was definitely present lol. There was also a fair amount of trash strewn about on the streets through the neighborhood but, again, that's not at the fault of the homeowner. Overall, the house and host in which we stayed at/with was very beautiful and accommodating so I have 5 stars for them strictly. If it weren't for that, I would rate the NEIGHBORHOOD probably a 2 or 3 out of 5. Also, keep in mind, this neighborhood is about 20-30 minutes outside of Orlando but there are shops fairly close by.
One last thing to mention here: trying to enter the neighborhood was a NIGHTMARE. We had to sit in a line to enter the neighborhood (it's gated) for 45 minutes to an hour straight because of the poor check-in situation at the gate. They give you a sheet of paper with the dates that you're staying on it to keep on your car and you have to show it every time you reenter the neighborhood, which wasn't a big deal because that I understand. However, trying to get into the only entrance for the subdivisions for the first time was an absolute nightmare and that *definitely* needs to be improved.
We stayed here for two days, the house is gorgeous, the owner of the home is very nice and inviting. Only complaint I have is the WiFi in the house I’m in couldn’t keep up with the amount of people that were using it, constant buffering and disconnecting. Other than that I would come again and would stay in the house again.
very nice and clean property to stay ,comfortable bed ,The owners were very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome
