(January 23, 2023, 11:50 am)Tony's strength and weights class is a good workout for building upper body strength and stability and core development.Nothing too overbearing for a novice to the workout routine,(like me), but challenging enough to make me feel like I have accomplished something good for myself.

(January 5, 2023, 9:34 pm)Love the YMCA daycare center . Been having my son in the program since he turned 1. Staff is friendly & welcoming every morning . My son is now 4 and as soon as my daughter turned 1, she was also enrolled . I’ve seen staff come and go and are truly missed . My kids & I specially love our Alma , who has been there since the beginning. Ms .Courtney & Ms. Iris are also loved by my kids . Thank you ladies for all you do .

(November 11, 2022, 6:26 pm)I moved to Lake Wales from Manatee County several months ago and was very pleasantly surprised when I joined the LW YMCA. The pool is super clean, the staff is friendly, the gym is awesome, the fee is cheap, and all of the classes are first rate. I love all the group exercise classes, especially Tony's noon strength and conditioning class. I try to make this class every chance I can because it's easy to do and yet gets major results. I'm already seeing more stamina, more definition, more balance, more strength and more fun! Tony makes you feel like you can accomplish anything. His positivity is simply energizing and life-reinforcing.
