The pool is super clean, the staff is friendly, the gym is awesome, the fee is cheap, and all of the classes are first rate. I love all the group exercise classes, especially Tony's noon strength and conditioning class. I try to make this class every chance I can because it's easy to do and yet gets major results. I'm already seeing more stamina, more definition, more balance, more strength and more fun! Tony makes you feel like you can accomplish anything.
