“I really appreciate Dr. Favilli and Gonzalez. They are good doctors. However, I seem to constantly have issues with the ladies working the front desk. I've told them to cancel an appointment 3 times. Twice over the phone and once in person. I kept getting reminder calls and then a call to tell me I missed the appointment that I cancelled. This has happened twice. I've also shown up to find I wasn't put on the schedule even though I had made an appointment and had an appointment card written by them. I've never encountered this level of difficulty making or cancelling appointments before anywhere else.”

From Wendy to Dr. Schwartz, these ladies are super sweet and very caring and will help you to the best of their ability even when you don’t have insurance. I have never felt more comfortable or welcomed than I did here. Dr. Schwartz really listens to your concerns and answered all questions and is very thorough. Last time I had an OB/GYN that I really loved was during my pregnancy four years ago, and sadly he moved on to another specialty shortly after my son was born. I thought I’d never find another I liked so much and now I have. I’d highly recommend this place and it’s staff to anyone needing prenatal or general women’s care. You can’t ask for better care than this, and in the gynecology field it’s immensely important to like your doctor. Best in Lakeland in my opinion!”
