“I have been a member at the Y for over 8 years. I love this place. The group fitness classes are plentiful and great workouts. The pool is a great assets to use for group classes or for lap swimming. Having child care available while working out is an added bonus. Having helpful and friendly staff plus meeting other members in classes helps to really cement the sense of community that you get with the Y.”

“I go to central Florida healthcare for my primary and I just had my first OBGYN appointment today. Overall I think both sides do very well. I believe that they are thorough for the most part. When I go to my primary and express concerns, they try to work with me and ask probing questions to figure out what may be wrong and order any labs or testing from there. The OBGYN part was also thorough. They heard my concerns, walked and talked me through procedures and tests. It didn’t hurt and was fast. I was pleased and I believe this place deserves a little more credit than some of the reviews I’ve seen. The only thing I will say however is that one time I was told I could come in to get lab work done and when I came the whole place was closed for the day for some reason so that was definitely frustrating! That’s the only reason I gave them a 4 instead of 5 because that experience was inconvenient.”

“Love Lissa! She is so kind and encouraging while quickly modifying to accommodate any physical restriction. High impact exercises trigger my runner’s knee. I’m able to complete the routines without constantly modifying moves and have yet to experience knee pain. Very low impact that works the entire body. Since it’s a small studio, with only 3 reformers, I get specific coaching immediately if I’m not doing a move correctly. I’m not lost in a room of overcrowded reformers wondering if I’m doing it correctly. Love this studio.”
