The pool is a great assets to use for group classes or for lap swimming. Having child care available while working out is an added bonus. “Love Lissa! She is so kind and encouraging while quickly modifying to accommodate any physical restriction. High impact exercises trigger my runner’s knee. I’m able to complete the routines without constantly modifying moves and have yet to experience knee pain. Very low impact that works the entire body. Since it’s a small studio, with only 3 reformers, I get specific coaching immediately if I’m not doing a move correctly. I’m not lost in a room of overcrowded reformers wondering if I’m doing it correctly. Love this studio.”

“Best Gym around!! The atmosphere is great! They Have all the equipment you could need for a great workout! The owners are phenomenal! They make sure everyone that comes to their gym feels welcome! First impressions are everything and this gym is the spot! Family friendly and you always have the feeling of needing to go back and personally I don’t feel that like that with big overcrowded gyms. Did I mention its 24/7? That is one big reason why I enjoy it so much! You go when it’s convenient for you! Overall, this is the new hotspot. I won’t be going anywhere else for a long time! “Michelle is truly an amazing yoga teacher!! She’s even an amazing person inside and out. She is passionate about what she does and is extremely knowledgeable about the body and how it works. She does a check in with each student individually every single time to see how their body is feeling for the day. She then caters her class to how her students are feeling and offers modifications. Michelle teaches all of her classes concerning safety towards the body. You will leave refreshed and wanting to come back for more!! Her class is for everybody and any age. If you’ve never done yoga before you should definitely try one of Michelle classes. She also offers privates, workshops, and Yoga Alliance certified teacher training. I was in her teacher training class and I’m so glad I chose her to guide me throughout my yoga journey. I learned more than I can ever imagine from such an incredible person!!”
